Hey, does anyone else think that Clark was in Alaska? Because I've seen pictures of that place, and let me tell you one thing: SNOW EVERYWHERE. That's gotta be Alaska. I guess I'm open to other theories, however unrealistic.

It's known by many fans of the comics and movies that Superman (not Clark) has a home in the Artic (or was it Antartic) region of earth. This home is known as the Fortress of Solitude (FOS, FoS) In either case, lots and lots of snow. Hope that helps. For reference, check out Superman I aka Superman: The Movie.

The scene, I believe, actually shot in Washington though up in the mountains.

I remember reading somewhere on her that the FOS location has actually changed from Antarctica to the Arctic over the years, or was it from comics to movies...? Anyway, definitely one of the poles.

Oh, and that scene was filmed at the glaciers in Whistler, BC, near Vancouver.

i dont think it really matters where the fortress of solitude is as long as its in the middle of no where and alot of snow.

I just want to see how they erect it. Whether it will be instantaneous, or will slowy become the FoS. They better not screw this up! Here's for hoping!

I admit I've seen an extremely small peek at Season 5 and all I'm allowed to say is...You are all gonna be extremely happy!

How could you see S5? They haven't started filming it yet!

Unless they filmed part of S5 during S4...

Either way, how the heck did you get a sneak peek?

I'm sooooo beyond jealous... :p

i hope that the begining of season 5 will continue from when this one ended like they did with the tornados in the first one. cause it would suck if it did all that and then its like 3 months later like season 2 and season 3 finale and we dont get to see anything happen. but if its a continueation then they would have filmed most of the scenes already so they didnt have to wait 4 months till filming started for season 5 or else things may not look right and flow well.

A continuation would be pretty sweet- like they did between seasons 4 and 5 of Angel. The transition went really well, because what we saw was an exact continuation of the stuff at the end of season 4 (only 19 days later, I believe). Who's to say a fictional show's time should line up with the real world's in relation to its airing?

CapraIII, isn't that kid in your picture the same kid from the movie a Bronx Tale? I love that movie.

yeah, but i believe that picture is either from Kazaam or that fairy god mother/father movie with Martin Short.

Not every place in Alaska has snow. If you can go back to the page where kryptonsite had the TW talk before the finale, I think he says exactly where they shot that.
