I'm not really sure if I'm correct or not, I'm just going by memory, but that little boy that Clark saves in that blast looks a lot like the little boy that goes up to Anakin to ask him for help right before well we know what Anakin does for those who've seen it. Same kid?

Haven't seen it. I thought that boy might be Jimmy Olsen, but I'm not sure Jimmy was THAT much younger. To mention that at the end of the series (or somewhere else) would be giving the writers too much credit.

The little boy character's name on "Commencement" was "Harry".

"I thought that boy might be Jimmy Olsen"

J.O. was referenced to previously when Chloe interned at the Daily Planet a while back. They apparently hooked up while she was there - so he would have to be in the 18-24 range.

I was never convinced that was Jimmy Olsen. Just a nice shout out for the fans. I thought Jimmy was just starting out at the Daily Planet when Clark arrives in his 30's...?

Unless TPTB just hate Chlark so much that they'll screw up the mythos just to get rid of it.

As for the resemblance, I may have to go see the movie again.

I guess it depends on which mythos you go by to determine whether or not Jimmy is around CK's age. In the original comics, CK was at least 10 years older, as referenced in the "My Pal, Jimmy Olsen" Comics. In the C. Reeve movie, Jimmy was already working at DP when CK came on board and seemed to be within a few years of CK, so both could have been in their 20's. It is not a stretch to say that a new reporter and a paired photographer would be about the same age. I don't think it messes up anything - just gives it a fresh twist. When you've been through Supes dying, the Red and Blue stage, long hair, and all the changes that have happened over the history - it's not hard to imagine that they will reinvent it again. If I remember correctly from the original Action Comics - Supes didn't actually fly, but took "tall leaps" to appear he was flying. All his other powers and fleshing of the story came much later on...

Ya I saw the movie to the other night

Anakin looked just like the one Clark

The kid in Star Wars was George Lucas' son, Jeff Lucas. Jeff's character in Star Wars Ep. 3 was Zett Jukassa, and frankly, was a freakin' stud with the lightsaber. Also, the kid Clark saved was about 4.... the boy in Star Wars was at least 10 or 11.

I think they are referring to the scene where Anakin goes in to kill the younglings. Those kids looked 4 or 5 - like the Smallville kid.

BTW - Which one is Lucas? Was he the one on the ramp that Bail Organa witnessed killed by the group of troopers?

That's the rumor/truth that I have heard.

Actually, it is Jett lucas. Not Jeff. do you think George Lucas would name his kid something as boring as Jett. I think the Rick McCullom's daughter Mousy was the padawan who kicked clone butt before getting gunned down in front of Bail Organa.

Jett is boring? Bob is boring. John is boring. Jett is, at the very least, original.

He was a stud :D.

The little youngling though did look like the same kid in Commencement though. I'm seeing it again tomorrow anyways now I'm definitley checking :).

You're thinking of the wrong kid.
Zett is 10 or 11.

However, the boy that's being compared to the kid on Smallville is the small child who said: "Master Skywalker, what will we do?".

There is no such person. You're getting the actor and the character confused. Zett Jukassa is the character that Jett Lucas played in ROTS. I said Zett was 10 or 11 based on how old Jett probably was when that scene was filmed.

Jett may be 12 now(depending on when his birthday is), but that doesn't matter regarding Zett's age.
