I can't recall from both Spell and Sacred whether Lex knew for certain about the tattoo and Isobel's possession of Lana and her subsequent lack of recall...he must have b/c he was both victimized and saw the crouching tiger bit...so this means he's totally playing Lana b/c he wants her to believe she murdered Genevieve? Or was this all just done to emphasize his creepiness? Lana seems to have no recollection of Isobel..."it all happened so fast..." this seemed sloppy to me...

I believe he knows about Isobel, but not the tattoo. But the again I could be lieng to you. Ya never know.

Like you said he knew from the Fight in China and the whole spell making him play the piano til his hands bled. I'm pretty sure he knows Isobel killed her because he knows there is a connection between the Teagues and stones and between Lana/Isobel and the stones.

Yes, both Spell and Sacred showed that Lex knew about Isobel. He saw Lana get possessed by Isobel in Sacred.
