With Ackles going on a new show, let's talk about how Jason is going to get it:

Meteorite obliviates him, as in dusts him off, nothing else to see
JOnathan gets the gun and shoots Jason, then meteorite finishes Jason off

Clark hits him with the truck, while Johnathan stands in the bed of the truck with the shot gun and then shoots him after they hit him, then a meteor dusts him off. haha.
Darn I need help, I aint usually that vindictive...much.

since him and clark are about the same age like 4 years difference or something whatever is in the ship goes to clarks house looking for him and sees jason and thinks thats clark and kills him.

On a serious note, I think that Jason already filmed some scenes for the season 5 premiere and we will see what happens. I also think a lot of Season 5 premiere has already been filmed to cut on the cost of Tom Welling going back to the "arctic." I could see him dieing from the meteor, but Martha and Jonathan miraculously surviving, lame.

Its most definitely going to be the meteor that gets him. I mean there can't be anything left because there would be too many questions to be asked.

He will fall victim to what I fondly call "the Curse of Kal-El". This is when a character will find out Clarks secret, and then promptly die. this is probably what Chloe is going to die of, and if Lana finds out then her days are numbered.

Just as a side note, business is going to be booming at Smallville Medical Center at the beginning of Season 5. I wonder how long it's going to take everyone to recuperate from the injuries they received during the meteor shower...1 episode...maybe 2?
