Is it me or did Lex seem alittle jobless this season?

I remember him managing his company and information about stock and shareholders and this season he just seemed to hang in his house all day looking for the crystals. Did anyone feel the same way? I just thought of it because I graduated last year in business admin, and I liked how he tried managing his company and fight with his dad against his. But this season he seemed jobless and would always be home when the other characters came by. Only time he would be at work would be to cure the plague and test the kryptonite on other stuff. Did anyone else feel that he was jobless or alittle too free?

Well most of the business stuff was Lex trying to undermine Lionel and vice versa. Since Lionel got sent to jail and then had the whole Enlightenment thing, I guess Lex didn't have to worry with it as much.

we saw him working with someone at the end of ageless. i think he gets most of his work done from right there in his library.

and if theyre not showing his power struggle with his dad, the actual business of running luthorcorp probably isnt that interesting or relevant.
