Am I mistaken or wasn't someone supposed to die in the finale? All we know is that Lionel is in the mansion, with those strange kryptonian symbols in his eye, and the Kents and Jason were in the house that blew up, or something like that. Good ol' Genuiveve better have not been the person they were talking about. Obviously SHE was gonna croak. Anybody got any ideas?

(no, sorry, ... wait... I SEE MOVEMENT ... Folks, it looks like we were fooled by ...just a lotta blood, a dislocated shoulder, a ruptured spleen, two missing limbs and spatters of grey matter all over the cockpit... HE MIGHT MAKE IT!

There was a cat in one of the houses obliterated by the meteorites.

It looks like Jason was also probably killed off when the meteorite hit the Kent house. I don't think that TPTB would kill Clark's parents so I'm guessing that Jason was the one killed in that situation.

But there actually was a cat in the destroyed house. It's small and only visible in two or three frames, but you can see it if you freeze and zoom the picture.

I saw that Jason's mom died and I dont think that Jason, Martha and Jonathan are going to die. Thats my opinion! Was there really a cat or is that a joke?

We wont find out who died until the season premiere in season 5. I want to know what happened to Lionel though.
