When jason first asks where clark is, why doenst jonathon just tell him hes in the barn? I mean I'm sure that jonathon knows that jason doesnt know anything about kryptonite, or really that clark is an alien. If I was jonathon, I would just say hes in the barn, take your best shot lol. I mean clark was still there when jason first asks I believe. Or even when jon and martha are in trouble, why not just yell "CCCLLLAARRRKKKK"? Or has clark not really figured out how to channel that yet? I think that would be an awesome "superman" relation to go along with saving the child
Yeah, I think that maybe having a gun pointed in their face suddenly made them a little slow of thought.. I was thinking he should have told Jason... "Clark went over to Lex's mansion to help evacuate."

Yeah it's easy to say things like that when you're not the one with the gun pointed at you. Plus I do believe that Clark was already gone when Jason showed up so the barn theory wouldn't have worked. And it is unclear how much Jason actually knows about Clark at this point.

i guess those are both valid points, but he said wheres clark, i think you could see in jonathons eyes that he knew clark was back there

Clark wasnt there when Jason arrived. He was putting the air stone in the cave when Jason came. He left the farm after Lana had given the stone to him.
Remember he told the kents that he was going to find the stone

well he went to barn to look at something, then Lana came and gave him the stone. He left to the caves. The Kents were leaving and then Jason showed up

Is this a good place to point out the big hole of how did Lana get to the Kent barn without her car being seen or heard??
what the hell? i thought Jason was dead! how did he survive that one?
Yeah, that really pissed me off that he survived. Well, I geuss that he won't be around much for the next season, because he's going to be starring in that new WB show next year.

Yeah, me too. And how come he didn't bother to clean his face of at least some blood stains before coming to the Kents. Imagine driving around in Smallville with a rugged, bleeding face carrying a shotgun. How he get pass those soldiers anyway?

Not even that, I would think that a former football player and person who does manual labor on the farm would be able to kick, a kid, who got shot, and fell off a cliff's, butt in the house. Granted it's a show and all, but stuff like that annoys me I guess. I would have thought he would get the gun away from him and than leave. Also in shows and movies, when a character knows that someone is shot, don't they hit the spot so get the advantage? I was guessing he would do that to Jason.

If Lana is Isobel the witch, shouldn't she have flown on her broomstick?:p :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Had to get that one out, sorry. I think Jason holding the Kents hostage was a bit slow, and I wouldn't have told Jason where Clark was.
I'm surprised that they didn't turn Jason into a Warlock Witch, that would've been something if he and Isobel went at it since I read Isobel and Gertrude, Genivene's ancestor' went at it (if I read that passage right).
