OMG all of the foreshadowing that took place in this season if you paid any attention at all was absolutely well done!!!
And for the diamond symbol in the cave wall when CK first opens it up and can read Kryptonian, diamond shaped key that is now going to open FOS to reveal knowledge to him. WOWOWOW!!!
Looking back I now think the writers have done a very good job of foreshadowing and giving us clues all season long as to where this all was leading.
