I am sorry, but the whole Lana/Isobel storyline was just really boring and lame. The effects were nice, but the plot was going nowhere. I am just glad to see that the tattoo is finally gone off of Lana's back - also nice kill!!

Isobel is NOT gone.
She either inhabited Lex in the first scene in Lana's Apartment
OR
She became part of the signal that was sent out when "Human blood has stained one of the elements and awakened a great danger from the darkness of space. " -
Causing the asteroid to break apart and head toward earth.
When the inside of the BIG spaceship is fianlly seen it's going to be ISOBEL inside!

One thing I never understood about the whole Lana being possessed by a witch storyline is why Isobel remained dormant so much. Isobel was obviously more powerful and the more dominant personality, so why did she allow Lana to be in control 99% of the time and only surface when her vessel (Lana) was in danger of being harmed? (And even that wasn't consistant, Isobel didn't come to the rescue last week when Lana was frozen a second time by Brendan and knocked over to shatter into a thousand pieces.)
Eh,Man?You-El?, as much as I want Isobel to be gone, I think you are right. She can't be gone, because she's not finished (unless she was somehow forced to leave). She swore she'd kill the Countess's decendents, which would include Jason as well as his mother. At the time she killed GT, Jason was still alive, right? Plus, Isobel wanted the stones, and I never got the impression that Isobel was a ghost looking to find peace then move on to the hereafter. I think she wanted to get revenge, obtain the stones and their power, and stay alive any way she could.
