whoever called the ending of lucy with the two star collision (or whatever it was) may have probably been right. It was the first thing in the recap. Possibly a reason behind the meteors.

yep, and if you remember, in Lucy, the star collison caused THREE seperate meteors. Forshadowing General Zod and friends? I THINK SO!

I'm really pleased that they put that in, because I noticed it right at that episode, I thought, hmmm that asteroid is headed towards the telescope which means Earth.
I was pretty much ignored at the time though ;o)

lol@all the really really sickeningly emotional explanations for it on that thread.
Now I'm damn confused, I could have sworn I posted about it, but it mustn't have been on here :o\

I like that it suggests continuity, yes, and I would never knock the only show I watch, but isn't that more of a mistake? I mean it was a foreshadowing, fine, I like that, but anything more would be wrong I think. Seeing as the whole thing was set in motion during this episode, when Lana stabbed GT, it would be a mistake if they showed it started months back. Therefore I think it was foreshadowing, which YES is continuity, but I don't think it means that it started back then and is getting to earth now.

Well knowing how well TPTB follow continuity, Id say it was just a coincidence. TPTB cant think further than the next episode....
But yet again they sure made a hell of a finale!!
