Is it just me, or did clark open another door in the cave

Hello Friends,

Just finished looking at the new clips for the season Finale, and to me it looks like once CK puts all the crystals together it opens another door in the caves, well it certainly doesnt look like the one that houses the table thats for sure. Mabe this is how he gets to the FOS in Antartica, this is some sort of transporter like what Dr V. Swann used to get the key that time, and if you look at the picture closely you will see that CK is stepping up onto a platform of some sort, and then chloe and lex get blinded by some really bright light, like a transporter light!!!!
What do you all think?

I think it's very likely. Chloe witnesses this, sees Clark disappears and starts crying, like in that one pic where she's tearing up.

Next shot is Clark standing in the middle of the Artic. I swear to God, if they end it there, I will hunt somebody down!:mad:

I like the fact that Chloe is there....But Lex is also there, which worries me a bit.
And why does Chloe look like she's crying?????

I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere that the scene in the Arctic is the last scene of the show, so you'd better get your rifles ready.

yaaaa they CANNOT end the show with a cliffhanger like that...ill lose it...we gotta at least SEE the FOS...maybe end it with him going into it..but ya...I need some kinda payoff...DAMNIT!

I didn't see the FOS. It would be kind of funny if Jor El sends him to the Arctic like it's the field of dreams/open parking lot and Clark has to *build* the FOS. And that's what S5 is about.

I think what might happen is that chloe comes at the last minute and witnesses clark go in, he doesnt realize shes there. Lex comes after clark has gone in, doesnt see him, but witnesses all the light etc and then tries to drill out information after it happens out of chloe as it mentions in the spoilers it mentions chloe realizes that clark is connected to the stones and how lex holds chloe really tight.

The FOS is definately not gonna be in this episode, that's exactly what TPTB will do......every season ends on a cliff hanger, this will be the biggest ever!!!

I hate TPTB but you gotta be loving the 1st episode of season 5 then!!

The clips are not showing the FOS, but that doesn't prove it will not be shown as the last scene. Of course, if you are betting that TPTB are prone to dissappointing viewers (and they will if the FOS is not shown at the end of Commencement), then that is reason to think the FOS will not be shown until next season.

Personally, I am betting that TPTB are not that dense. I still predict we will see the FOS at the end of Commencement.

I heard in my TV magazine (I forgoet what its called but its not TV Guide) that the Smallville season finale will have a big CLIFFHANGER. Damnit not another cliffhanger. Im so angry but excited at the same time.

i think its still the same opening just that the crystal let out a different color light. and camera angles. i think when he was being teleported he was being lifted up i dont think he was staqnding on anything.
