Unlike Batman 89,I am so excited about Batman Begins.Everything about it looks promising.I am so glad that it seems hollywood has learned from their mistakes from the past and seems to be redeeming themselves this time.Whether you all realise it or not ALL the batman movies sucked.Yes even the first one.Not just the last two as some people falsely claim. The first was horrible because Michael keaton was the worst casting choice in comicbook history.I mean pudgy gut, receding hairline, half bald, short runt Michael Keaton for tall, muscular, handsome, full set of hair Bruce wayne/Batman? what a total joke and insult to true batman fans!!!!!
Good Bye Michael keaton, hello tal, muscular handsome Christian Bale.Oh excuse me that describes Bruce Wayne.:D Also the first film should have been called The Joker.Thats who that movie was all about with batman having just a supporting role.Since it is called Batman Begins, looks like they have redeemed themselves on that as well in it will be all about Batman.:)

In your opinion. As far as I'm concerned, Batman 89 was a phenomenal film and, to this day, is the only film that I have seen where I enjoy every single scene. In fact, there's only even a single shot that I don't like, and that's the one where we first see Batman on top of a building... they used a goofy computerized Batman and it looked pretty stupid.
So, while I'm excited for you that you're finally getting the film you've been waiting for, I couldn't possibly disagree with you more about the Burton/Keaton/Nicholson Batman.
Oh, and by the way, there's also already a Batman Begins thread. You didn't need to make another.

I liked the first Batman for what it was, but when I really watched it, I came to find, it kind of sucks.
The Prince soundtrack didn't help much.

I take it someone hear isn't a fan of Michael Keaton. Your anger should be towards George Clonney. The original is considered one of the best in it's genre.

I like Michael Keaton okay, its just he was horribly miscast in the batman movies.Bruce wayne isnt a short runt who is pudgy and out of shape and half bald.He is tall, muscualr, handsome with a full set of hair.Keaton was easily the worst casting choice in comicbook history and Burton should never have been allowed near a batman movie. He only cast Keaton because he was friends with him and felt comfortable working with him.Burton clearly did not understand anything about batman because batman is not the cowardly killer that Burton made him into.Well yeah Clonney was horrible as well.He looks nothing at all like bruce wayne either and was horribly cast as well, but keaton was in the first batman movie so thats why I say he was a worst choice that clooney because clooney was in a sequel.Otherwise if clooney had been in the first movie, then he easily would win over keaton as the worst casting choice in comicbook history.

Man it doesnt even deserver to be called batman,Burton butchered to death his character turning him into a cowardly killer. It was more like a james bond flick than a batman movie. No way does that movie deserve to be called batman.Thank god for Nolan,a fans director who unlike Burton, cares about the fans.
