You don't do anything. Craig picks who he feels is responsible enough and who he feels he can trust to be a moderator. There's nothing you can do to be a mod, except be a good poster. You're chosen to be one.

You have to be a Chosen One. And then you have to make through the secret rituals of moderation. The mods and moddesses annoint you with oil and then thoroughly haze the candidates. last one standing accends to modhood.
