Good. Gravy. Maybe its just me but I LOVE BF2 I was all geeking out when it came out (Me being a Star Wars geek and all) And I love it. You can play as over 10 heros (Not just Jedi) But Boba Fett! I LOVED playing as Boba.

The game is SO much more in-depth now, not just getting your enemys reinforcements down, but you have objectives in campaign mode. Space battles are very well done. You have to go inside and plant bombs on core parts of the enemys ship then destroy it from the outside I love this game

5/5 for me, flawless

You don't HAVE to plant bombs in the enemy's ship, I use rockets to blow it up.

Boba Fett is a punk, he's crappy IMO.

I'd give the game a 4/5.

Yeah the double keyblade battle is really fun.

This is how it works, basically you have this "Drive Meter" that fills up in time after killing a lot of enemies.

You can choose to turn into valor form after you have this drive meter filled up.

Valor form allows you to turn into this wacky samurai looking dude and you can wield two keyblades. You can also move faster, do combos you couldn't do with just one keyblde, and you can dash from enemy to enemy dashing anyone with keyblade ruthlesness.

Kingdom Hearts 2 Goes Platinum

While this number is impressive, it's worth noting that Japan's two favorite series, Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest, tend to do double that in their first day or two at retail. However, we're sure Square Enix is pleased, considering that the first release of the original Kingdom Hearts didn't even cross the million mark in Japan.

And yeah I've played Half Life 2 for the Xbox and it's not worth purchasing at all.

It's nothing compared to the PC version and it has no online play. YEP NO ONLINE PLAY.

FFVII in my opinion is wayyyy overrated.

Why? My guess is because it was the first 3D FF and its like a first kiss and girlfriend(leaves a strong impression and hard to forget).

I really liked both FF7 and FF8. I thought 7 had the better storyline overall (and Ultimecia wasn't one of the series' better villains). FF9 was good in some ways, but not up to the standard of most of the others. I usually play through FF games at least twice, but I only completed this one once. And FFX is brilliant, while X-2... isn't.

For some reason I'm really enjoying playing FF5 at the moment, even though I didn't really enjoy 6, which many still claim is the best.

Buying it online is your only realistic option, I'm afraid. Amazon.com have it for around $28. I was a big fan of BOF 3, but for some reason I never got around to buying 4, or Dragon Quarter (which doesn't really sound all that great to me).

Picked up a copy of Xenosaga part 2 the other day. Not a bad game at all, although it seems a bit tricky at times. Maybe the combat system is a bit much for my overworked brain to handle.

I also can't think of a game that has longer cutscenes. Even Metal Gear's seem short compared to these ones.

I totally agree with the cutscene thing! I saved it jsut before the first boss-type guy and i beat him in about 3 minutes then i had a 20 minute cutscene then i get to move a character a few feet and htne i get another cutscene, I mean WTF?

I've found that although it's a game, it's focused so much more on all the movies in the game.

Oh my gosh. Dirge of Cerberus is WICKED PUCCA! WOW! I've never quite experienced Final Fantasy this way. I love seeing full 3-D renderings of all the places I've been.

Like for instance, the Shinra Mansion. It has an entire completeness to it now.

I didn't enjoy controlling Cait Sith, though.

I've heard some bad and good reviews of Dirge of Cerberus but haven't had the money to pick up a copy. So far I've heard that there are some wicked fmv's and awesome visuals.

If you're interested in mmo's you should derfinetly look into World of Warcraft it's pretty fun.

But like luthorsmento said mmo's take a lot of your time. More time than your usual rpg.

Have to second the awesomeness of Dirge of Cerberus. besides Shinra mansion, I thought the Train Graveyard was VERY well done.

I actually have to replay 'cause I missed one of the G-reports for the secret ending. I don't recall "Vincent the Mage", was that a secret mission? If I missed it I'd love to know how to get it to do it this next time through.

I didn't know there was a secret ending. I got all six G-reports, but I only got one Omega Report. Vincent the Mage was like the fifth secret mission. The one before the labyrinth.

Think there are only three G-reports, but to get the secret ending just hit the "x" button when the "The End" screen comes up after beating the game and sitting through the credits/final scenes.

You're sure you have the three G-Reports? G-Reports are different from Omega Reports. There are three "secret" G-Reports on top of the six regular Omega Reports. You have to have those to get the secret ending.

If that doesn't work I'm sure it can be found online.

I think you're thinking of Omega Reports then, there are definitely only three G-Reports. Omega Reports are the ones you only find in Shinra Mansion.

I'm talking about the reports that are in the lab just before you go to Reactor Zero near the end of the game. And I found six of them. I only got one Omega Report from the Shinra Mansion because I wasn't paying attention.

Oh, the reports you're talking of are the "Top Secret Deepground Reports" or something to that effect. The game actually tells you to collect those. The G-Reports are pretty well hidden and the game never clues you in that you're supposed to be getting them.

I keep seeing these light bulb looking things throughout the game. I just can't get to them.

Hint: Try shooting them.

Or if you want to be spoiled read on ahead. OBLIGATORY ALL CAPS SPOILER WARNING YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

They're "memory capsules" and if you shoot them, when you go to "event viewer" you can view scenes from the game without playing through again. Some are in very hard to see places so you have to use the scope for a lot of 'em. Really, I don't think it's worth it unless you just wanna do/get everything.

The G Reports, however, are just like any other item, you just run across it to pick it up.

Sorry I haven't posted recently but my new job requires me to jump around from place to place. So I have to deal :p But since I've had tons of down time I've been able to play handheld games.

I've been re-playing the games golden-sun 1 and 2 for the gameboy advance, a real gem for any GBA owner.

This game has the exact same game style of FF7. It has an epic story, awesome graphics (yeah even for a GBA) and a fun intuitive gameplay.

If you haven't already played this game I strongly suggest you pick up this game.

But for those of us that don't think FF7 is the end-all, be-all RPG, I think I'll pass on Golden Sun. I don't do hand-helds anyway.

I played a short bit of Golden Sun and it really didn't feel similar to FF7 at all, to me. The best handheld RPG you're going to find is Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, and even in that case it's brought down by a lame "card-based" battle system.

As for Golden Sun, you should've kept playing it, while it's not a REPLICA of FF7, the game is really quite similar.

And not so much similar to just FF7 but to any FF game really.

It's gameplay is the exact same, the world map, summons, magic (obviously :p)

I used to play Ultima Online, but got bored with it, still play on a free server though. I played the 10-day World of Warcraft trial, but wasn't willing to pay the monthly fee afterwards. I have Guild Wars installed and play occassionally, but I'm not that into it. Although I do play plenty of PC games, so I'm not strictly console.

I hated the card part of KH:CoM, but Organization XIII, Namine, and the rest of the non-Disney part of the story kept me quite entertained. And frankly, the combat system was fun after you got to the higher levels and could just setup a deck to do what you wanted it to and hit x over and over.

I didn't like KH2 anywhere near as much as the first one. I just felt like it was cheap and a shameless sequel made to capitalize on the fantastic-ness of KH.

I never played Chain of Memories because I hate handhelds.

My favorite FF game is FF6. But then, I'm an oldschool gamer. I'm still trying to do an all-white mage quest in FF1.

Have you tried the 10-day free trial yet, 1.21? I'd suggest giving that a go before shelling out the bucks for it, personally.

I'll see what I can do. I don't think you'd want some level 1 hume warrior. I'd need some time to actually be someone that's capable of contributing to a guild. I usually play in Khandor.

Got the secret ending on Dirge of Cerberus. It was....quite interesting. If you want to see it without playing it's up on YouTube several times over. Of course it won't make as much sense to those who haven't played the game. And it made *no* sense to me, who has played the game. >_<

KH1 vs. KH2 debate: I thought the gameplay in KH2 was leaps and bounds above KH1, but the story was only the same level, if not a little worse.

I'm starting WoW tonight. Any recommendations for character class? I've been playing as a male hume warrior. I think I want to try something different.

I guess you'll be reading this too late but I really reccomend playing eithers warriors or priests.

These two classes are always needed in raids and in instances.

If you're looking for a class that's fun to play and a blast to play with in pvp I reccomend the rogue class, which is arguably the best dps class.

I started another male hume warrior. My char's name is Massala and he can be found in Khadgar. I'm almost ready to leave the Elwynn Woods. I'm about to make it to lv. 10. I just have a few quests that I can't beat alone.

I'm gonna make some suggestions to you, don't waste money on buying weapons.

The only thing you should be doing until lvl 40 is saving money to buy your mount. And then keep saving your money.

Anything you buy before 60 is just a waste of money.

And I reccomend since your a warrior to only do AV and WG in bg's.

Well, I have a rich benefactor. He keeps mailing me excessive amounts of gold. I've got like 78g at the moment. I'm just learning. Besides, I don't know what AV and WG in bg's means.

AV stands for Alterac Valley which is a type of battle in Battle Grounds (which is what bgs stands for :p )

As for WG that stands for Warsong Gulch. As a warrior you'll probably only want to play those two. Arathi basin really isn't worth it.
