Sunday night some dude was driving like a jack ass and I heard him screeching his tires then he pulled into the driveway for my little community and he hit this gate and flipped his car it was GNARLY!
So I'm like this guy is dead and I call the cops and they tell me to tell everyone not to touch him unless the car is on fire. Then he says take a look and see how bad the driver is-so I take a peak and the dude is.....GONE he ran cause he was drunk.
Anywho you guys are probably saying what does this have to do with getting your stuff jacked?
Point is I don't like cops but I was out there telling them what I saw and being a good citizen putting good karma out there trying to save a guys life and what happens?!?
The next morning when I go to my car my cd deck's face is gone as well as my cd book with well over 100 cd's at 15 bucks a pop at least that is well over $1,000. The messed up part is they can't use the deck face and there is no way in hell the guy who stole my stuff listen's to punk rock which is what it was so you know all my stuff got stolen then threw away when he got home the ba**ard!
I've driven all over Phoenix and Tempe to indie record shops all over the place to find alot of those cd's and now they are gone:(
I HATE LOSERS WITH NO JOBS WHO DON'T RESPECT A DAMN THING! I hope whoever did that rots in h-e double hockey sticks.
So basically I figured I'm not the only one who this has happened to so why don't we all vent our frustrations about stuff that once was but is now gone and in the POSSESION OF SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!

Some kid stole the emblems off my 1963 Impala when I was in High School.
I found out who it was and welded his Camaro Shut.

Two years ago when my brother was at an arts camp (and the people who go there aren't exactly poor), someone stole his entire CD booklet too, with 100s of CDs. And he knew who did it too, and the same kid stole other people's stuff (and he's the son of a cop), yet no one could get any proof or find evidence, so he got away. My brother still has barely replaced his collection because so many are gone. He doesn't let his iPod out of his sight now.

I totally feel him-it took me over four years to build my cd collection. My cousin who has been into punk longer than me loves my cd's I had just flown back from San Diego that day and he kept one of my cd's (I'd rather him jack me than some stranger cause I'll get that one back) anywho he says I have a good collection but I searched for so many of those cd's-I'm not even gonna put the time, effort, and money into rebuilding my collection I'm just gonna take my losses and get Sirius Satelite Radio.
I had all four tires stolen off of my car in the parking lot of Wal-mart. :\

In high school a supposed friend of mine jacked like 50 C.D.'s. I was not happy when I found out. I got most of them back, some of them were all scratched. *mutters*

My old roommate/now disowned cousin used to steal my cds. I got all my non-replaceable ones back.

I had a "friend" that stole sparkly silly putty from me in the third grade. It still makes me mad sometimes.
And I guess this wasn't stealing, but when Pokemon was all the rage, I had this really rare holograph card that I didn't like. I traded it for one I did without knowing what I originally had, but he did. Jackass fourthgrader. *grumbles*
Gah. I tend to not get things stolen. I end up losing them somewhere in my room. :)

Oh yeah, in grade 6 someone took my ENTIRE Pokemon card collection from inside of a pencil case inside my desk, while my class was in the library (which was next door to the classroom) for like 10 minutes. I was soo sad.

This would have been an even better solution if the thief had been in his Camaro at the time.

Yep, thieves are rude.
One morning, Christmas morning to be exact...we wake up to find that soemone off-ed with our pick-up truck
The cops laughed and said that it'd never come back. They said that we lived right of the interstate, so someone probably drove it right over the state line and into a coal mine or farm never to be seen again.
I guess they were right, cause we never saw it again!
Merry Christmas :p

i had some drunk old guy dive in front of my car in a gas station parking lot once. his wife started screaming "you hit him you hit him!!!" he's yelling "what the f* is wrong with you?" everyone at the pumps was staring at me like i did it! thank god the guy in the store saw what happened cause he came running out with a baseball bat. i guess the guy had been there earlier that day trying to do the same thing. ever since that day i carry a mean knife on me, and a heavy leather beater in my car.

be careful. I've heard a lot of folks are injured with their own weapons cause they hesitate & then lose it to the perp. Also, if you are not trained in using them, you may not be affective either. :\

hope you have a permit & that it's not illegal if it's concealed? :\

In Arizona you don't need a permit-the gun has to be legal though. A concealed gun is against the rules so as long as it is in the open there's no problem-I've been pulled over before with it and I just put it on the dash and the first thing I tell the cop is "there's a gun in the car sir" with my hands on the steering wheel. They say "ok" and then they take the gun and after they are done they take the clips out and put the gun in the back seat and say "for my safet I don't want you to get the gun until I'm in my car". So it's kosher no worries
p.s. I'm trained:D

It can be a bit addicting but I don't even shoot it, just try and keep it clean and unused and I'm happy-cause if I have to use it someone is gonna get hurt and someone is gonna go to jail:D

yep, my not carrying a gun is for my own personal protection because I want to stay on this side of the bars :p

Tell me about it!my friend has had 2 cell phones stolen, her cd player, cds, stereo even her school shoes! She lives in quite a bad area but it was people she knew and that makes it worse! The lack of respect annoys me most though.
