But seriously, it's not that I don't want Tom Welling to play Superman, it's that I want to keep my options open. I encourage the casting calls in the hope that Singer will find someone better, thus making the movie even better. I do admit he's the best guy around for the job, but considering his competition is over thirty or under twenty-five, that's not really saying much. And he stares too much in Smallville.

And I promised myself I wouldn't devote my time to get any one person casted - I was seriously hurt when I found out Guy Pearce wasn't going to be the next Batman.

I understand your deep wisdom of all things Superman. I sympathized with the hurt you felt when Mr. Pearce wasn't casted. Now I understand, it was like when my dad told me I was too young to be involved with one woman. He had his heartbroken and didn't want it to happen to me.

And you are trying to spare us from unnecessary hurt. Since we are the only ones posting in this thread, I will keep your gentle side under wraps. Of course publicly you will still be my arch-nemesis. Along with Bat-Dude. I think he might genuinely dislike me. But my mom told me I was the most wonderful person in the world. See, you would think that, but there's actually a veeeeeery interesting story behind that...

Long ago, the plural of goose was gooses. One day, a young boy with a numb mouth saw several gooses in a pond. He called out, but due to his numb mouth he wailed, "Geese! Geeeeese!"

It caught on.

Well, okay, I don't know that for sure but maybe it has something to do with the moose population. Maybe they don't like being called meese. It offends their masculinity. Geese, on the other hand, can't really do much if you call them geese. A moose can stomp you.

Harvey Dent/Two-Face? The rumors came in and I was happy. 'Til today. Dent might be in Begins after all - IN person - but latest rumors say it won't be Guy playing him. Damn.

Damn Lucas... Okay, I must be an idiot for not believing the rumors before but the fact of the matter is that Lucas plans to release the "Ultimate Editions" of the Star Wars movies for its 30th Anniversary in 2007. I guess it'll include a bunch of new **** and include all six of the movies and A WHOLE BUNCH OF NEW ****!!! The 2004 editions we got now were pretty much so that he would have them out and fans would stop complaining and, oh, to make money. Plus they had some sneak peeks for Episode III.

I feel robbed. I bought these 2004 editions to see the changes and... ****! Ah well - at least I can at last have them for the sake of having them, something that as a new fan to the world of Star Wars I could never claim. :o

j03superbat FORETELLS THE END OF SMALLVILLE!

Contrary to insistent remarks by the creators, Al Gough and Miles Millar, the shows 5th Season WILL be the last after all! After a year of culmulating uninteresting details, the season finale will explode and deliver what fans have been waiting for these past five years!

Yes, you guessed it!

TOM WELLING STARS AS SUPERMAN!

But not in the movie. However, he does don the familiar red-and-blue suit - in fact - the same red-and-blue uniform to be used in the 2006 blockbuster, Superman Returns! Which means a handsomely-sized, modified "S" on his splendid chest and a sensible, practical "S" on his belt. No "S" on the back for this Superman, however - research shows that just the red cape and lustrous black hair is enough for criminals attempting to jump him from behind to recognize the Man of Steel.

And to accompany his new duds, Tom Welling will be receiving a super-haircut. The thirty minutes during which Tom Welling sheds meaningful tears as his moppy hair is trimmed to a more Super look will be monumental!

The season finale will end with Superman witnessing a ray from Brainiac's deadly skull ship vaporize Chloe's body... But is it Chloe inside that body? No! Minutes earlier, Chloe and Lois used Jor-El's machine in the Fortress of Solitude to switch souls on the pretense that Brainiac was coming to hunt down Chloe and prevent her from appearing as a witness at his indictment trial! "You and Clark were meant to be together," are Lois's (Erica Durance) final words before she switches bodies with Chloe.

As a bonus treat to Allison Mack fans, Allison Mack will continue to play Chloe/Lois in the show's final moments. Her and Erica Durance will merely wear wigs to represent being in the other body (and fool EVERYONE!).

It is THE must-see event of the year! Guaranteed to please all five of the remaining viewers, three of which will be confused as to why there are different actors portraying Clark Kent/Superman, Lois Lane/Chloe Sullivan, Lex Luthor, Perry White, Bart Allen/Flash, Mr. Mxyzptlk, Brainiac, Jimmy Olsen and Gorilla Grodd (the last two both appear in the fifteenth epsiode of the fifth season) in Superman Returns.

But fans musn't fret, because after the summer is over, in the wake of Superman Returns's poor box office due to not featuring Tom Welling or Michael Rosenbaum, WB will premiere Metropolis in the fall, along with three motion pictures based on the will-be hit show after that!

I have a strong desire to post how I really feel. I've got a lot of problems with you people, and now you're all going to hear about it! First off - you never answer my calls. None of ya'. Second off - I don't know any of your numbers. Third off - I feel like there's this emotional barrier between me and all of you. Is it still between if it's more than two people? I don't know.

Anyhoo, I'm writing a pilot for a sitcom with the hope of successfully registering it with the Script Registry. Which means if someone makes a sitcom with the same basic premise as mine, I can try to sue them even if I've never met them in my life! Mwahaha! But seeing as how that's probably not going to work, I'm going to try to find someone in the biz to get me a meeting with any network, be it NBC, CBS, preferably not ABC, or the cable networks such as HBO, Showtime, preferably not Comedy Central, to sell the script. I intend to produce and direct as well, but not star as the main character who is loosely based on me.
