Forum Thread Help

Can someone please explain what is the distiction (sp) for a thread to be posted in Discussions Forum and KSite Culture Forum and Visa a Versa. The wording below them confuses the heck out of me and sound very similar. Thanxs !!!!

The Discussion forum is for topic discussions not pertaining to Smallville. The threads should have actual topics and not be used as chatroom. Basically threads which would require more than just a 3 word reply.

The Kryptonsite Culture forum is for general craziness (games, clubs) and threads about oneself.
