?smallville DVD, ROM enabled?

on my smallville DVDs it says ROM enabled.
does that mean I can use it on my computer?
And if so, How?

if you have a dvd player in your computer. i have yet to try in on a regular computer disk player. maybe it works there as well. will have to remember to try when i get home.

I know what it is now. ROM enabled DVD's have extras like being able to connect to a certain web links.
