I just wanted to start this thread as today is the start of the biggest event in Rugby! New Zealand the hosts have already played and beat Tonga (who?) and I have too say, our hosts played pretty well from what I saw. England (yay!) are playing Argentina tomorrow at 9.30

Thanks for starting a thread for this - the country seems to have really got in behind this event which is awesome to see. I've been to a game already (All Blacks v Japan) was a fantastic atmosphere with many Kiwis also getting in behind the Japanese as well as other nations which is great to see. Heading north this weekend to see our mighty All Blacks in action against the French which should be a fantastic match. Massive night last night with the first major upset with the Irish beating Australia. Us Kiwis were definitely in behind the Irish!

After the worst rugby game ever in our history ( last week against Tonga ) france was able to win against england !!
Now next game against Wales ....

Thanks for starting a thread for this - the country seems to have really got in behind this event which is awesome to see. Your welcome, I have so enjoyed watching the Rugby this year and it's good to know that NZ has got into the spirit of the World Cup. I'm so jealous that you got to watch the All Blacks Play. I'm sure they'll make it to the final, they've been amazing too watch. I'm supporting Wales now as they beat Ireland today and they thoroughlly deserve a place in the final. I just hope they can beat France. Which I'm pretty sure they can.

And now England have played one of the worst games in history!!!! I gave up watching as I couldn't bear too watch them being humiliated on the field. France deserved the win they played brilliantly. I still think Wales is the better team though :p I look forward to the showdown!

i think Wales is after NZ the best team in this world cup
i didn't watch their games, but they were leading all the 2nd half against south africa before to loose in the last 10 min.
And they gave a rugby lesson to irish
so actually Wales has more chance and a better rugby than us, but on 1 game everything is possible
i can also see australia win against NZ they had 2 new injuries after carter last week,
so if i had to bet on a final, it would be France-australia
even if the reason would want a Wales-NZ

i didn't watch their games, but they were leading all the 2nd half against south africa before to loose in the last 10 min.
And they gave a rugby lesson to irish

I am really looking forward to the game and I hope that Wales does win because they deserve it. France played really well against England but I don't think you are as good as the Welsh. If Wales play well, we will have problems, our defense was very bad against tonga japan and all blacks, and to be honest, if the game against england lasted 10 min after, england would have won, france took a 12-3 in the last 25 min, and england nearly scored a third try
tomorow, we'll play again with two 9 which is again from my point of view a bad idea.
New zélande isn't in a good position against australia, they had a very hard game against argentina, and the easy score doesn't mean anything.

The whole country is behind Wales and I for one will be 100% behind them. I am part Welsh, so I have an invested interest. You will need to be on the top of your game to beat Wales as I think Wales have gotten better with each game they have played. It will be a good game I think and I am looking forward to it very much.

A big hold-up for us we didn't play in wales half pitch after the 50th minute, it was like we were at 14vs15!!

I have nothing to say, except I'm gutted and congrats to your team Guy.
New Zeland Newspapers must really be scared of France to be insulting our team 24h by day since sunday in the medias.
No change in the begining fifteen for sunday.
We have no pression
i think that france could win the title with a better défense
and we have already won at New zeland 2 years ago.
I'm sorry but mr jourbert deserved the new Zélande shirt
this referee closed his eyes in the last ten minutes refused to see all those off-sides all black and this penalty in the last 4 minutes he refused to give us was a non-sense they were diving from everywhere in a ruck with 2 off sides and all the players were asking for this penality, very clear but the ref refused
good final from us,
new zeland were not that good.
We deserve more
