I mean, I want to post my opinion about what it could mean, but the only thing that I see here, is new thread. I've searched all up and down the pages, and that's all I saw. Anyway, perhaps to Clark, home meant EARTH, not just Smallville. But, for all we know, it could be Krypton, because didn't the person posing as Kara say that it was time for Clark to go back home? Back to Krypton??? And then, when Clark said he thought it blew up, she said that it did, but all the answers that he needed to know were inside the cave walls. Perhaps the last of Krypton lives inside the cave walls. Maybe he goes to visit his mother. But it seems like the banner is true. If you remember, the S symbol was in the end, even if it really wasn't it. When Clark was bent up in the fetile position, he formed the S in the symbol. So, perhaps they received the rights, just as they had Christopher Reeve in their shows as one of the Characters, (Dr. Swann), so here's a bit of advice.... The pieces are there, all that's left, is for you to pick them up....... Mark.

He's supposed to be the founder of Smallville.
