ready to quit my job does that make me a child? they wanna transfer the girl i work with to another position. Even thou they said we are best team ever... and expect me to work with some other girl, that to be honest is not very smart....

Quit over getting a different partner? surely you can find a better excuse than that. My first reply would be to suck it up, But I guess it depends on what you do; if you're working some dead end McJob, they'll find another drone, but if you're in something making good bread? again, suck it up. Seriously Dude? Thats the childish thing ive ever heard! My advice is get over it!

You ARE NOT losing your best friend, she will still be your friend if you work together or not
In this economy can you really afford to be that selfish? I mean seriously!

Now of course none of us know your exact sitiuation, but thats my advice with what I know.
