I missed the last ten minutes of the episode. What happened? What did Artie and Brittany sing? Who won the Duet contest?

Artie and Brittany didn't sing. Artie lost his virginity to Brittany and afterwards he regretted it because Santana said Brittany was only using him for his voice. (which was very obvious, naive Artiekins!:()
Quinn and Sam won.

IKR? I was surprised Santana was so innerested.
She looked like she was going to break down. She had some good lines in this episode. "Screw that. I want my sticks!"
Other than the total witchy moment with Artie when she said that Brittany was using him, she was pretty good. I laughed when she is singing with Mercedes and she goes on too long of a run. The way Santana looks at her is funny.
I felt bad for both Artie and Brittany. Sex is something different to Brittany than it is to Artie, but she really seemed to want to go with him to breadsticks. Artie felt used and Brittany seemed sad and lonely after getting let down by Santana and dumped by Artie.
Finn and Rachel were hilarious doing that duet and pretending to be disappointed in screwing up.

That was like my favorite Finchel ep ever. <3 Usually I find them whiney and annoying when together.

Mercedes and Santana should have won. Though Tina/Mike's duet was hilariously amusing. Is Breadsticks a real restaurant?

I loved Finn and Rachel's complicated plot to loose. Oh man that was priceless. Loved Rachel asking Kurt to do a duet with her at the end, she's not as selfish as she well is... loved Finn talking about that with her, "I don't mind." so cute!
Poor Brittany at the end, she's just too dumb to know better and she was going to roll the meatball for him! That was so sad, and Brittany and Santana make out scene yes! They belong together! Santana stop being in denial!

For once the show actually seemed to have the heart it had in Season 1 again. Great use of characters, and I didn't even miss Sue for once.
Is it an unwritten rule that Chord Overstreet is in the shower a certain number of times per episode? Good voice, though.
After watching I had to call up this video on Youtube:

In the words of Brittney "NAILED IT!"
Now THIS is a Glee episode! I was happy to finally see Rachel and Kurt getting along at the end. It was very sweet what she did for him. :)

WOW I agree What an Episode. Best So far this Year. I felt Quinn has Been in the Background a lot so far. SO its Nice To see yet another Side to her. Caught Up Between Trying To be Cool again While Also Keeping the Lessons She Learned Last Year. Really as In Life YouCan Never Go Backwards. She Started 1 Dimensional and Now Def. 3 Dimensional. LOL @ Required to be in the Shower Every Episode. haha Brit. is my fav. "glee Girl" on the Show and to see her all sad. it made sense. Santana Just wanted her for Sex..... She wanted More. So She turned to Artie.. and He Dumped her Too. Honestly I think She really wants a Relationship. and it Doesn't matter with who.. It would Be Nice to see Artie Get her... Hell At Least Artie Got Some. woohoo. well Can't Comment on Everything. Really Good Episode.

I totally agree, this is GLEE!!! I love it. Everything about it., I love it. Yeah, even Finchel  I think that the thing about this episode was that they made the songs part of the story and not the other way around like they use to do. Not one song felt out of place or forced imo and that was their best move.
Though I have to say that I was totally surprised/amused by the Brittana make out scene. Honestly I didn't think the show could go that far with them.
And yes! FINALLY some good, quality onscreen time Quinn. She so deserve it. And the song they gave to Dianna really fit her voice, so lovely.
I'm glad that they aren't ignoring how hard last year it was for Quinn and most important, that she did learn about it. She changed for the good it seems. Also, I kind of like Sam/Quinn. He's a dork, he make her laugh and he's nice with her. I think...he's good for her :)
And shockingly the best part for me was Finn/Rachel lol Gotta love scheming!Finchel. They were hilarious and I wish they could write Finn more like that. This time I find him cute and sweet and he makes a good team with Rachel, and more important: he was nice with her. I hope he doesn't dissapoint me later.
PS: I think Eric Stoltz should direct every episode.Okthanks

I loved this episode, it brought Glee back to what it was last year. I felt like it had lost something this year, but this episode was the Glee I know and love. So impressed with this episode. I loved the way they used all the characters in this episode too, sometimes with this show characters get over looked and don't get much of a storyline, but in this episode everyone was used in such a great way. I loved the Rachel and Finn plan to lose, and Mike finally sang. I felt so bad for both Brittney and Artie, and I liked the whole Sam and Quinn thing. Loved the song Rachel and Kurt did, amazing! I liked that they showed a slightly different side of Rachel this episode. I did miss Puck though.

I LOVED this episode! Finchel were amazingly adorable as usual (as well as hilarious with their scheming) and I absolutely adored Rachel in this episode. I love how she was there for Kurt in the end of it. The songs matched the spirit of the episode and I loved just everything about it!.

After that scene with Kurt I said: "You know Rachel isn't as selfish as she is."
This episode really showed what I like about Rachel, she's self involved but not malicious.

Exactly. Poor Rachel is underrated imo because I'm pretty sure that Kurt hadn't done the same thing for her. Or anyone else on the club for that matter (except Finn I guess).

I loved the individual duets, but I LOVED Santanna and Mercedes the best. Kurt's was awesomely amazing!!
The part with Britney and Artie was so heartbreaking there at the end. I really liked seeing a different side to Britney though after he told her about what sex meant to him.
I missed Puck, though!!!
I liked the interaction between Quinn and Sam...although there's something about Sam that distracts me and I can't figure it out. But I did like the awkwardness that comes with being a new guy, liking a girl, trying to be something different at a new school. And I liked how Quinn tried to help him after he was slushied.
I found it hilarious that the wardrobe department put him in a shirt with a bullseye on it for that scene.
Where was Sue? Anyway, I liked this episode a lot. The Finn and Rachel convo about her being selfish cracked me up. I kept waiting for the moment when her "unselfishness" got right back to her own benefit, and it didn't disappoint. But whether or not winning Nationals was a benefit for Rachel, it's also one for the club, so that's ok! It was pretty funny how they tried to throw the competition though. It cracks me up when they get into cahoots with each other.
Looking forward to next week!

Okay, overall I loved the episode!
I really really like Sam. He is so much different than Finn and is completely comfortable with his sexuality and of what people think of him. He's probably the most genuine guy on the cast. He's easily became a favorite character of mine.
Was I the only one who didn't like the musical choices for this episode!? Yuck!
Sam/Quinn = cuteness!
Rachel was Rachel and as always she nailed it.

lol well, I didn't know most of the songs, except for Lucky and Don't go breaking my heart. Which it was weird to watch btw because I always relate that song to the Rupaul (sp?) and Elton duo.
I liked Mercedes/Santana performance because it was obvious how much they were enjoying themselves but I didn't like the song per se. Also, the Kurt one bored me a bit :\

This, IMO, was the best Glee episode we've had so far this season.
Rachel and Finn not able to figure out how to throw the competition (and the way they did? Um...), Kurt's agony over the Sam situation and all that stuff (but still getting in the zingers about Sam's hair!), Brittany's heart being broken--not once but twice, and finally getting to hear Mike Chang sing.
I gave it a solid 8 (I would have liked more of Mr. Shue and Artie is...kind of disappointing me this year).
The final duet with Rachel and Kurt was particularly good. I loved that little kick Colfer did at the end.
And can I say, after the unpleasantness of Sue last episode it was nice to have an ep. without her. (I am one of those Glee fans *ducks rotten tomatoes* who actually doesn't really like Sue much.)

I know! I felt pretty bad too. For both of them... but I'm a total Britanna fan and this is such a Britannatastic episode! Santanna was so totally jealous! Why else would she say that to Artie?

Yeah, I agree, girl got it bad. Britanna isn't my favorite couple, canon wise at least, but I'm glad that Ryan is adressing the ship in a proper way. TBH, after the "sex isn't dating" line, I didn't think he'd mention it ever again. Even more because if he want to play that card he already have Kurt in the show. He surprised me *nods*

Duets-
1. Brittana!http://www.kryptonsite.com/forums/images/smilies/fhm.pnghttp://www.kryptonsite.com/forums/images/smilies/love0046.gif Oh yeah! Brittany seems keener on it than Santana though who seems to be more of a lesbo-tourist, just looking for some physical affection and sexual pleasure from another girl having been dumped by her guy (which happens more often than you might think, Buffy/Satsu?) Her motown number with Mercedes works pretty well
2. No Sue at all? Eps not the same without her http://www.kryptonsite.com/forums/images/smilies/th_frown.gif
3. Britartie? The man maker strikes again! But like Santana and Finn it seems empty for him, much like Santana with her, Brittany just seems to be looking for some solace with him.
4. Tina and Mike are pretty good, can anyone tell me which musical their number is from? Artie's right though, he shouldn't take her back
5. Rachel and Finn go increasingly crazy but their number is pretty funny
6. Kurt's Victor/Victoria number was great but he should have a partner
7. Does this mean Puck's gone from the series?
8. Why is it whenever we see Sam he's always wet and nearly naked?
