Thanks to the preview for next week, I liked it ;)
Too much Pete & HRG.
And that Samuel carnival stuff, I hope they really get something going with that soon, it is getting boring.

I didn't like it. Feels like we're treading down familiar Claire and HrG territory. With the whole " I don't trust my dad " issues again. Though I have to admit HrG did have his moment. Entering the room gun drawn at Samuel. "NO tell me. What would Bennett do" Classic HrG. But could we please have some more information as to what Samuel is doing and why. So far all he's really done is show up unexpectedly and wax poetic about how special "specials" are. They really need to get moving on that story already. I mean we're 9 episodes it's time to get a move on. Overall I'd rate the episode a 5/10 a very up and down episode I thought.

Like the Syler/ Parkman stuff. HRG /Claire was ok. Peter healing random people in the ER boring.
Also I always hate how Heroes never picks up on a cliffhanger in the next episode. Last week we had Mohinder shot and get no answers til next week. This choppy story telling is one of the reasons I have lost some of my interest in the show

Ugh. Too much Emma/Peter stuff, it's sooooo boreing but I guess it's good to show that the hell power is kinda limited since Pete can't easily just heal an entire hospitial of their ills. They should have cut that crap and put the what the hell happened to mo in there instead. :p
9 - Parkman is the man! As usual liked Peter/Emma stuff. Finally we get to find out Rene's name! Oh and "What Would Bennet Do?" was hilarious. I think that is something we should all ask ourselves in our daily lives.

awful - same old with Claire, she is so passive it's boring. Same old HRG.
Why even have Peter anymore ? With no power he becomes weak, vulnerable and not at all the character from S1 . And his boy-scout antics have become tired and stale.

He has a power - u could see him using it in this ep, lol. He is pretty boring though I blame his new lame one power at a time thing some but mainly I blame Emma, lol, he's far more interesting when he's away from her.

Pretty good ep, I gave it an 8. I like how they're finding different ways for Peter to be "SuperParamedic". First with Mohinder's super strength/agility to "Spider-Man" his way through city streets and rip doors off of cars and the like, then with superspeed to zip his way to victims virtually instantaneously, and now the ultimate "upgrade" in the "saving people" department--direct physical healing. Fun stuff. Peter's always been an appealing character throughout the years, they should spend more time on his storylines.
Matt vs Sylar was fun too. I'm disappointed they made Sylar murder that guy just to gain leverage on Matt though, as previous to this he only seemed to murder when absolutely necessary or as a result of his hunger, seeming to be growing more and more of a "conscience" as time went by and seeming to gradually gain complete control over his hunger. To make him outright murder a defenseless, weak human being now seems like a cheap regression in his character simply for story purposes. Clearly they're doing this to set up a sharper contrast when he rejoins his body, as no doubt part of Nathan will always be with him, and will thus make him a better man (that's my bet with where they're going with this anyway).
Matt: "You might be able to control my body, but I will never, ever let you control my ability. Do you hear me?"
^Isn't it great how Heroes makes up mumbo jumbo as they go along to suit whatever idea they have next? lol So apparently Matt can keep his ability away from Sylar because he says so. So why doesn't he go ahead and just say the same thing about his body, as clearly it would automatically become true as well. Besides this absurdness, if Matt has control over his ability, shouldn't he be able to "push" Sylar out and regain control of his body? I mean his ability is a mind ability afterall. Of all abilities, this is the one you'd think having "control over" would make a difference. (But I guess that would make too much sense.)
Samuel aka Magneto "making the rounds" gradually introducing himself to virtually each and every "hero" in an effort to recruit them is enjoyable as well. I'm surprised (and impressed) he's managed to resist his "T-Bag" impulse to brutally rape Claire though--just really goes to show he's come a long way from his days on Prison Break. lol j/k
And hey was that the first time we heard the Haitian's name? René? Seemed familiar when they said it for some reason, like they've said it before? I'm probably confusing him with some other René.
Back to Peter--why hasn't he healed Emma yet? Did he, and I just missed it? What's he waiting for? Did this already come up and Emma didn't want him to?
Finally, no doubt "shot-up" Matt will get healed by Pete...or will they perhaps instead go a route where Sylar is able to somehow use his regen ability through the presence of his "mind/consciousness" alone?

I dont think Peter can heal Emma she was born not being able to hear. I think he can only heal Injury not genetic defects

8. I think Peter healing Emma is not going to happen since it may also affect her power and it would seem really lame. I also not sure the power can do that too and its probably better not to go down that road. I loved the Parkman/Sylar since it exceeded my expectations of the episode. I am also tired of the Claire/HRG strained relationship and I think Claire regressed as a character by not letting HRG shoot them. Claire has been great this season, but tonight was a step backwards. I do think we will see Gretchen back near the end to help Claire choose the light side. Nathan returns was unexpected and it seems next week will probably his last time on the show. It will be interesting to see Peter's reaction when Sylar jumps into Nathan and Nathan dies before his eyes as Sylar returns. I doubt Peter will see it happen since the show tends not to pull those buttons and likes to keep things secret from the main characters till the very end. Another strong episode in a season where if the finale is good as everything else maybe the second best season of the series.

I don't understand why so many people are complaining - I love how they keep showing Peter as being so dedicated to saving people.
And as for Clair, I hope she breaks away from her father... and if she had let her father shoot them, that would have shown a tremendous lack of morality on her part, which imo would be very disappointing.
I do love the Samuel story, and I can't wait to see quite a bit more revealed, but I love the way this season has been doing a slow buildup. Everything seems less rushed.

I dont think Peter can heal Emma she was born not being able to hear. I think he can only heal Injury not genetic defectsSo they for sure said Emma was born deaf? I can't remember. Either way, if the writers wanted the power to heal genetic defects too for story purposes, they'd do it. And to explain it, one could say that a genetic "defect" that results in impairment or loss in function of an organ or other body part is an injury to said person. Such a defect could be seen an "injury" to a person's biological makeup or DNA, in a sense.
