Well I believe Hiro isn't going to be one of the ones to die. It's the o'l bait and switch routine. So either it's Sylar or Ando for the odds on fave in my book.

Sources over on NBC's Heroes confirm to me that a major death is in the works, and this is not one that will go unnoticed by even the most casual fan.

It is huge.

So who is it?

Well, you know how these things go...We can't come right out and name any names. (Unless someone can hook me up right quick with the Witness Protection Program?)

However, I will tell you that this leading character is a male, and he is not necessarily pictured above. (He might be, he might not be.) And he is one of the original cast.

And you thought Hayden's same-sex kiss was surprising, eh?

Clearly the producers are pulling out all the stops this season in an effort to ramp up storylines and pull out a big watercooler-worthy surprise.

But I have to say that I, for one, will miss this guy. Big-time.

I think it should be Sylar. I'm not a Sylar hater. In fact I really like him as a character. But there really isn't anything else his character can do. He's tried being good but that didn't go anywhere. He's too powerful for any of the characters to take on, so if he stays on the show he'd eventually just end up killing them all. The show needs to move beyond him.

Wow now reading this has me rethinking my original theroy. Original cast...that leaves ZQ out, cause wasn't he a mid-season add? If so then it's either JC/Hrg or GG/ Matt Parkman. But I still feel that Hiro's death is a ruse.

hrg..his character is weighing thin right now and without the company really in full effect there isnt a reason for him to be around. Also its time for Claire to grow up and stop being an 11 year old girl with her dad keeping tabs on her the way does.

I dont see it being Peter or Hiro. They are pretty effective no matter what they put them in. Im just tired of them giving Hiro arcs where he has to still act like a 10 year old.

Well I have always thought that HRG would be killed off eventually as well as Nathan back last season. 1st off most of things that happen in "5 Years Gone" seem to happen. (Sylar killing Nathan, the Bennets moving around, the Bennet divorce, DL dead, (I think by Micah living, it caused a shift that eventually led to Nikki's death. Kind of like in "Reckoning" on Smallville, save one life and sacrifice another, aka balance)). We also know from people with Heroes that Peter is destined to get his scar sooner or later, and also the bomb. I think this will eventually come up and needs to and actually happen. I thought that was the whole point of seeing the bomb painting in volume 4, sylar blowing up in volume 3's 3yr future, the world blowing up in paintings in volume 3, and the virus from season 2. I thought that was also a play on the fact that you can only delay the inevitable kind of like Judgement Day in the Terminator series. Going back to this, if you remember HRG is killed in "5 Years Gone" and he is not present and presumably dead with the way Claire and Sylar act in the 3 year future in season 3. So long story short, I believe it will be Noah who dies. Actually I even think I read somewhere that they were trying to eventually work all of the characters to the way they were in 5 Years Gone.

It could also be Ando since he is dead in 5 years gone and there is no one to take his place as balance unless the kill Hiro's sister (going back to balance theory). I think this might also happen this season (Hiro's sister or some other minor character since season 1 could be killed off). I honestly think that by the end of this season that everything will be set up for "5 Years Gone." I think something will happen to Hiro to make him the serious badass he is in 5 Years Gone. Peter is already in the mindset he was in "5 Year Gone" just needs the powers. I believe this season could set up to end with Sylar as Nathan announcing he is running for president possibly (It is a different universe, they can make elections whatever year they decide presidential elections should be).

I think its already happened with Sylar no longer taking Nathan's shape. Nathan was an original cast member and male. I am hoping its Sylar and yes, Sylar was there day one in the shadows. Its probably going to be Mohinder if its not already Nathan since he has been barely around this season and it won't be a big lose since this season is going well without him.

I kinda thing Sylar makes the show, i like him and matts situation at the moment. It wouldnt surprise me if they went and killed of Noah, that would be a twist. Though it does seem its either Hiro cuse of his tumor he'll become relentless, or it will be Matt in an effort to kill Sylar, but most likely failing. Hell syler could take his body back, then kill matt for his power. (Since sylars body doesnt have that power)

Several media outlets had been reporting for weeks that a major character on Heroes is soon to die - someone who had been with the series since Season One.

Now, Deadline Hollywood Daily, E! Online's Watch With Kristin, and others are reporting that the departing actor is Adrian Pasdar (Nathan).

Since his character appeared killed off a few weeks ago, could that mean his final moments have already been seen? Or will things wait for the total end of this Sylar arc? Stay tuned...

Adrian Pasdar is a good Actor. IMO, With all of the Time travel stuff, a cool twist would've been for Nathan to be saved.

Who would want to work with them now when they know they'll find out they're out of a job the morning they read a script? The producers should have told him in advance.

Its not the first time, an actor has found out he has been canned until the day of the script. So, lets not go crazy over it. I am sure he is pissed and probably deserved a better death, but it was foolish to think Sylar was going to choose to be Nathan and have Peter or anyone accept it. It was probably better to kill him and Sylar off last season, but they wanted Zach due Star Trek being popular this summer. I figured the next person to die is probably Hiro since his tumor is running a mock. Also, Heroes kinda knew going in it was going to be the last season, but with how terrible NBC's ratings have been it may get renewed after all.

I've been wondering if it was Nathan. We hadn't seen him since a couple episodes back, I was rather surprised nobody seemed to notice his lack of appearance either.

I think it's going to be Matt. No one except Peter/Hiro can screw around with Sylar and get away with it. It's VERY likely that if Sylar gets his body back he'll be immune to all of Parkman's abilities since being trapped in Matt's body and being able to have access to his power, you can pretty much guess he had a huge emotional attachment with Matt now lol. Very likely he'll have some or most of Matt's power :o. If it's really goign to be Matt I hope he would die in a honor way.. I would of accept him dying by getting shot by policemen to save the world by Sylar or something.
