Annoying, I couldn't see crap during the night scene with Sylar running through the woods, it was tooooo freaking dark. Did anyone else have that problem?

Not to sound like a complete ass, but it was actually night time with only flashlights in the distance, so, I don't know what you really expected.

All he was doing was running away from the cops that he 'thinks' are chasing him for no good reason.

It wasn't just the running running part, it was the entire run from the cops sequence from the moment he fell down the hill. Heroes is baaad with night scenes, I remember I couldn't see anything in a night scene last season either - the one with the Eclipse I think.

Check the brightness on your tv.

yep, check your tv. increase your brightness, but not too much.
