Is Demetri dead in the future (at the point of the flashfoward) or is he alive? He didn't have a flashforward so we can assume he's dead. Plus, the mystery woman who calls him tells him he's murdered before April. However, his fiance claims she saw their marriage in HER flashforward. How can this be? My theory? (I'm glad you asked, lol)

I think his fiance saw a wedding, but NOT Demetri. I think she just ASSUMES he's the groom. I think there's a different groom, someone we haven't met yet. Like Mark's wife, there's another man involved. I'm a little surprised Demetri hasn't investigated this further.

I think...He's supposed to die, but he'll prevent it by tracking down how. Not that I want him to of course, because I'm a great believer in predestiny.

Maybe some of the people's flashforwards are "locked in" while others aren't. Maybe in Demetri's case, he can save himself which will explain his presence in his finance's flashforward.

see, that's my reasoning. the flash forward obviously happened to avoid something, so it's a given that people can change their fates.

Maybe the people who caused the blackouts don't have that much control. Maybe they can initiate a blackout, but they can't control what people see. My first thought was that with the world blacked out and disoriented, it would be pretty easy to get away with a major crime (if you could somehow stay awake).
