I believe that even though he has returned to Syalr's form it is still Nathan's conscience there.

It is possible that it is Sylar but with amnesia........ but Im banking on it being "NAthan" but in sylars physical form. When the healing factor kicked in I believe it reverted him to his original "physical" form.

I only say this because Ernie Hudson is interrogating him in regards to the death of gabrieles mother not mama petrelli.

I think they were talkig about Sylar's mom not Nathan's because he looks like Sylar now. He killed her after all.
