Dose anyone else find it funny that Matt and Pete can leave there Jobs for months and always get rehired.

I find Matt going back to being a cop a bit unbeleivable since he was labled a terrorist on national TV last year. Yes we all know he wasn't guilty but still he got made a villian by the press

Well apparently Matt was a drug user, that's why he was in attendence of the meeting. He used drug addict as a cover for his ability. He considers his ability like a drug, hence doesn't want to use it anymore.
