This was the crappiest fight of them all. Why in the world did they even dare bring Doomsday into the story if they couldn't even do a decent fight between him and Clark?

None of them. Every single one of them was lame and disappointing. I kept waiting for some big moment, some climax to the episode, and everything just fizzled like a flat soda.

I say Tess & Lois' cause of the catfight; but Clark's & DD come in second for that slow motion scene that had DD punch Clark in the mouth. That was brutally fun to watch.

So far they have failed with the Clark against strong opponents fights, the only fight that is worth watching involving Clark is from Combat in Season 6 against Titan, best Clark/Strong Opponent fight ever!

Lois vs. Tess was by a landslide the best fight we had in this episode, which is really sad considering it was supposed to be all about Doomsday. All that build-up, and the fight lasted only a couple of minutes and ended so abruptly... Argh! You could hardly call Jimmy vs. Davis a fight -- it was barely a tussle. And Clark just got zapped by the arrow -- that's not technically a true fight either, in my humble opinion. And Lori Lemaris, I agree with you about the Lana vs. Chloe catfight being better executed. Nice point.

Clark, Doomsday wasn't really a fight, I didn't see Clark even throw a punch.
I basically threw the JLA thing in there because they double crossed Clark to "save" him.
And the winner in my eyes was Lois and Tess. How can you not love a cat-fight.

I'll agree and say I was a little disappointed with the battle between Clark and Doomsday...even if Clark punched a few times, put up a little fight before the "jumping" (not flying) pile driver into the plant....*sigh* at the same time, it was what I expected even with all the hype...

i know we all complain about the battles and expect so much...but if we compare this show to any other show that has action on this level wouldn't you say its actually pretty good?...it is a TV show and not a blockbuster movie with a 200 million budget...

i think if in the fight they just had Clark pull a couple punches and made Doomsday buckle a bit, then take the super punch from Doomsday, then do the "jumping" pile driver, it would've made a difference...just with an additional 30 seconds or minute...but c'est la vie...

I thot there wuz gnna be a fuking "showdown" between clark n doomsday...u cant possibly show that doomsday punched clark a couple of times and clark did nothing but super jump him to the geothermal plant...biullshit man..wer was the fight??? Of all the things clark duz, he lifts off the ground with doomsday and pumels him to his grave...clark's fight with titan wuz way better than doomsday...n the bloody episode is called doomsday and all he gets is lyk 40 seconds of screen tym...40 secs for a finale that's called doomsday...big disapointment man..

I voted Jimmy-Davis. But they all sucked. The Clark-DD looked promising and then abruptly ended. The Lois-Tess was one of the worst choreographed fights ever (just a complete mess & very sloppy).

This episode should make it be Doomsday for the show if there is any justice. DC should fire everyone & bring in Geoff Johns & Jeph Loeb as the producers and bring Kenneth Biller back as a writer with Mark Verheiden and some other writers who have written great episodes in the past.

Seriously, why couldn't they try the choreography from the Clark/Titan fight? That was perhaps was one of the best Clark fights, let alone Smallville fights that I had ever seen! The Clark/Doomsday fight was more like Doomy going, "Take that and that and that!" with Clark just taking it! I expected more, and that was my problem.
