:( Dunno why a simple misspelling needs to be pointed out, those things happen, but whatever.

OK, that was, beyond a doubt, the most radical, incredible episode I have ever seen! It's as close to a 10 in my book as any episode's ever been, and that's pretty close. The very idea of them being able to do better for Season 9 is almost unfathomable; I honestly don't know how they'll do it. If every episode were like this, the series would easily have ratings to match with the bigger networks, and maybe even beat a few of them. This is what a Superman show should be, and they pulled it off amazingly. It had just the right balance of humor, danger, excitement, and mystery, and to top it all off...no sexually-overboard crap to speak of! Thank God!

My mind is racing as I write this; the intensity of this episode has almost rendered me unable to think (but not quite). All the characters were given worthwhile moments, and every scene just rocked beyond words. Enough with the ball being out of the park; it's in orbit, and it'll probably stay there for a long time.

So, with all this in mind, here's my questions... (spoiler warning!)

1) How did that Orb get Zod's spirit out of the Phantom Zone, and into Davis' body?! My only theory is that it happened when the Orb was placed on the pedestal in Arctic, and the Orb retrieved Zod as the Fortress collapsed. That's thin beyond reason, but it my only guess right now.

2) How can they kill off Jimmy Olsen, and what's with his folks showing up at the funeral? I thought his family had gone permanently AWOL, and I never knew he had a brother. If this isn't a plot hole, it's onm the border of becoming one.

3) OK, so our dear Miss Lane got sucked into the 31st century, by Clark's Legion ring. That's gonna create a whole bunch of stuff for everyone to deal with; they better get cracking on it, big-time! :D

4) Doomsday still looked a little cheesy to me, but I was very surprised that Davis was a psycho without him.

I wasn't so suprised Davis was still a psycho, he had killed people and he was too obsessed with Chloe, I was surprised by the whole Jimmy plot and very sad...I guess this means Aaron isn't coming back huh?

I didn't expect the episode to be like this.

I agree rebecavaldez. I wasn't expecting the episode. The fight was kind of weak...and did General Zod really take over Davis's body? He died...and just where did Lois and the Justice League go??

I thought Davis was dead and that Zod just created a new Corporeal body. So Jimmy has a Younger Brother named Jimmy? Interesting twist I suppose but considering Jimmy and Chloe had a wedding don't you think his younger brother would have been present? oi Vey.

They could have had at least a bit better of a fight rather than having Clark get pummeled relentlessly and then him Hulk-Jumping Doomsday into the Pit of Death. Plus with him at the end denouncing his Human side I full expected him to pull a Neo when he left the Watchtower and fly off.

Major disappointment in this episode. If your villain’s name is in the title of the episode, why not give him/her more screen time? Less than 10 min of screen time was way to little time to cover one of the biggest events in comic book history IMHO.

I know book to screen may be a hard transition but come on….Big D gets A FEW smacks on Clark who, if I remember correctly, didn’t even hit him back. Then a super pile driver into the ground, fade to black. Totally sucked.

Same here, I didn't like Davis since the beginning. I let him the benefit of the doubt during one or 2 episodes but to me, he was always unhealthy so I am not surprised. I didn't expect it like this, of course but this guy was so weird even as a human...

You must work for the show cause that was not a good episode not even close, and by the polls on this site Im in the majority or it being crap.

Did I miss something? Did Chloe lose her ability to heal others? It seemed like she had a golden opportunity to USE it!
