That when Tess' assistant was dieing it was Chloe's powers healing herself.

Yes! I totally thought she was healing herself. It was like the same special effects.

:p Exactly! I was completely surprised when she turned out Not to be Chloe but a 'shapeshifter' instead. The SFX were the same as when Chloe healed Lex in "Fracture" and when she was attacked by Brainiac in "Arctic", so I thought that she was just healing herself, too. So, Yes, we had the same idea or assumption, 'C Redfield'.
