I am being serious they hardly played a role in this episode, i just felt this episode didnt need them to be in this episode at all. Anyone else feel the same/different?

Tonight's episode was such a big disappointment that I do not know where to begin.
I have no clue what happened..I'm getting a headache trying to piece the puzzle together...my health will deteriorate if I continue thinking about this travesty of an episode! I agree with you that the IL was all over the map tonight...I cannot even see how they played a role in tonight's events. Looks like SV is finally loosing the creative juice and they should have ended the show this season. It hurts me to say this since I'm a passionate fan...but tonight's episode SUCKED. I shudder to think what the finale will turn into next week....tonight's episode did not get me stoked for the season finale.

The point was to give Jessica Parker Kennedy work, I suppose.

the point was to be all "mythos-y" without stopping to think it through for a moment

Other than a little bit of info they dug up for Tess the IL was pretty much useless, IMO.

What a shame! Should it be a two part finale. T_T

There was no point in Injustice, perfect opportunity squandered, seems to be happening a great deal this season. They simply misused their own plot, pity, seemed to to be a broken plot going in several directions, really sloppy effortless episode. And it's been pretty predictable up to this point. Almost tasting glory in an essence earlier this season, the writers seem to be on a roll, then buckling under the success. I hope the finale makes up for the rest.

I was expecting some kind of fight between Clark and them, but all we got to see was some bad dialogue and no effects or punches. Plastique didn't even use her powers. I don't know why they teased us about the famous Injustice League if all they were going to show us was a couple of stupid kids (two of them died without having even a line) that didn't even function as a team. They were all 'tess betrayed us', 'no she didn't' and no action save for a very bad arguing. And when Clark asked the kid (who was shorter than Chloe) to give him his powers back and the kid agreed without hesitation, I thought it was one of the most ridiculous parts of the episode. I was having such expectations about a confrontation between the justice and the injustice league (at least I was expecting a small fight) that this episode was a big disappointment.

exactly once again the writers put to waste an awesome opportunity with the injustice league, seriously such a waste.

I guess they needed the IL..........To get Ollie to get out his ring and tell Clark how he got it.

To waste in hour of my life. What a sucky lead in to the finale.

The injustice league had potential though. The story just wasn't executed properly, as can be said about basically the entire season unfortunately. It was a season full of potential basically wasted in so many ways. This ep should have pumped me up for the finale and it did just the opposite. :\

I agree, I was a little disappointed.

When they first appeared, I thought they would tie into the hunt for Doomsday which I thought was cool. But, they ended up being used kind of like Freaks of the Week. They were basically filler to fill time before Oliver got the Black K and Tess interacted with the orb.

I think if they had tweaked the story a little bit, they should have flipped Injustice and Beast and had Beast be the episode leading into the finale.

I agree Injustice wasn't needed. They could have just done with the shape shifter manipulating Clark and that would have been fine. I would have preferred them in the finale. JL fights IJL while Clark and Doomsday duke it out and then we switch back to the Tess and Lois smack down..... *sigh* and make that a two hour finale with minimal commercial breaks.... yeah that's how I would do it.
