I doubt it. The show is more concerned with lying, drama, and whatever else they can find to throw in the mix.
I think he'll need to die first, then he can awaken as Kal-El and fly. Hes too wrapped up in himself right now to learn anything.

Not on this budget.
I think they'll get a increase next year and the special effects have been really good this year.

for sure it will be done for the ending of season 9, and they'll do it big like a 4-5 episode learning period where it progressively turns into controlled flight because its not going to be full flight right away, he'll probably do progressively bigger jumps till he takes off and learns...
and probably for the end he'll take on Zod with his newly found flying ability....but we'll see

No, they can barely afford clothes for the actors (EX: Davis borrowing Clark's shirt next episode) let alone how characters fly.

If he doesn't do it against Doomsday, he'll never do it. This is the episode where he needs to let loose and not hold back, but he will. I also disagree with the money thing espeically if the cast is cut in half which is what I think may happen and the fact other characters have flown around as well.

Just out of curiousity, why ask the question for this particular episode? I could see posting it in an episode with a superjump or the episode with Clark/Tess in the plane. However, for this episode, the question just seems kind of random to me. There wasn't any need for Clark to fly in this episode.

You are right, but the thing is that there is no need for Clark to fly in ANY episode according to TPTB.

Well, there is kind of an overlooked point. By now, at least by this episode, Clark's physically 23 years old. The oldest age he'd learned to fly in other incarnations (outside the original Golden Age comics) was 18, while the youngest he becomes Superman is 25. Safe to say, him not having any type of flight in 5 years is extremely ridiculous. I think the producers confirmed a while ago in some interview "oh no, he's not gonna fly, just a super-leap or two" in regard to the rest of Season 8, so we probably won't get a surprise flight in whatever battle with Doomsday that may happen in the finale. Hell, we'll be very lucky if we get a battle that matches Clark/Titan.
I'm with some others in another regard, not sure why folks keep bringing up the budget as an excuse for no flight development of Clark. This season alone, we've at least seen Martian Manhunter, Kara, and the Legion in a few flights, and this is the "big budget-reduced year". Then there're Seasons 6-7, while having bigger budgets, we had people literally flying all over; Zod, Martian Manhunter, Bizarro, Kara, even Brainiac. By now, all that makes Clark look like such a mentally challenged three-legged dog, it's not even funny. Shoot, at least get the guy to attempt to learn how to fly, they couldn't even get that right in "Veritas". I'm really sick of "Budget" being the primary excuse, second only to Al/Miles' "No flights" rule, I mean look at what Lois & Clark did for four years on a mid-90s TV budget. ;)

Flying has nothing to do with budget at all. We have been seen great SE this season, even with the so-called "lowest budgeted season".
