It kind of looks like that, doesn't it? Have they ever said that this is Dr. Emil Hamilton from STAR Labs? He helped Superman a lot, but did he even know about his identity as Clark Kent?

LOL, I can just picture Clark cruising downtown Metropolis at 15 m/h in his Lambourghini.

That car was fantastic... and while I know PS3/The CW/TPTB would never admit it or say it out loud, I fully believe it was Bruce Wayne who gave Clark a ride to Smallville.

Man, it's been a long time since Clark had a ride like that. He drove the Ferrari in Red and I think a Lamborghini in Exile.
I always wanted Clark to get a muscle car like a Camaro of his own, like Pete had (though the newer model). That car is all about Americana---like Superman is. Now that they brought it back, they could even give him the current model.

Well, Ollie is funding Hamilton & the group so it's probably his car. It would have been cool to see a license plate saying GOTHAMKNT or something similar.

Wonder if the rental/insurance for the lambo for that quick blip is why I was forced to believe that Oliver has a thumbprint reader app for his iphone, and that Clark can track GPS implant signals on his PSP...

I get what you mean... but then again, that would have given away the fact that it was Bruce Wayne - and if they had done that, they might have gotten sued. Maybe it was Emil's car, but I still think it was the Dark Knight's ride.

When Clark has to depend on that car instead of superspeed, you'd better believe he drove that thing in Kal mode like he did the last time he drove a Lamborghini.

Emil knows about Clark's powers... he's kinda his "doctor" on stand by in case he ever needs one. Oliver told Clark about him in "Bulletproof" when John Jones got shot. But I doubt he knows about Clark's origins.... In the mythology Emil is Superman's doctor isn't he? So it kinda makes sense in a way....
As for the car... LOVED it. lol.... is it just me or did it turn on by itself or was Clark actually holding the keys....
Smallvillerocks45, I'm right there with you... I'm going to pretend Bruce Wayne gave him a ride to Smallville lol....

A well funded group they have!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nice to have a car like that parked around town for emergencies!!!!!!!!! Is the doctor filling the vacated watchtower position? I'm surpised the car didn't just pull up to Clark, just like the Batmobile would!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think it was meant to be too specific as that would be against the "rules". But I love the way Smallville has given enormous nods this season to the idea the Bruce is out there. As long as they throw out things that make us think about Batman, he is effectively an "unofficial" part of the Smallverse and I love it!

Exactly! I had a laugh out loud moment when I saw that car because it was just so clever. I've heard Gotham City mentioned on the show before - why not have a pre-Batmanesque vehicle give Clark a ride? It was great!

The Lambo was the reason that Clark never went calf eyed for Lois in this ep. He drives a red Dodge Ram pickup usually, he and Chloe rode it out to Davis smoldering wreck a few eps back. I would have written in a scene where Clark upon screaching to a halt can't get out of the car, so we get to see TW's comic timing with the car. This show cries out for some comic relief.

I think the car was Imil's. He was wearing an untied bow tie, like he had been at a party or an awards ceremony or something. He's obviously got loads of cash. Oliver (and Bruce) pay this guy pretty well! He's like a Cleaner for the Mob. The whole thing reminds me of a scene in "Pulp Fiction".
Anyways, I think it was certainly Imil's car and he loaned it to Clark. But if it reminds us of Batman, then the scene pulled double duty so to speak.

This car felt totally weird and out of place and we didn't even see Clark actually get into the car and drive away. That car probably cost more then what this entire season cost to make.
