I hope they don't turn Tess into some escapee from Kandor who has come to find Clark to get him to help retore the bottle city. I don't know if that's what you were thinking, but it wouldn't be a good way to go IMO.

To be fair though, I posted the reply before the final scene talking about Kandor so it she could very well mean Kandor and not the human civilization.

She wasn't talking about Earth. She would have just said the world depends on it. She was talking about Kandor.

It really seems like Tess is slowing becoming as manipulative and evil as Lex was (even killing the Injustice League members). I was hoping that they would find something new to do with Tess's character instead of turning her into Lex 2.0 but oh well.

^I think she's still standing on the line of good and evil. She's not as evil as Lex was and definitely not as good as Clark is.
