Okay, this is what I don't get: it's not Nathan. Nathan is dead.
The only way I can see this logically panning out is the whole concept of genetic memory. Some people theorize that our DNA has memories, etc.
That being said, Nathan (which would be what some would call his soul, spirit, essence, etc) is dead. Unless...for some reason, he's taken to possessing Sylar who's replicated his DNA and is unwittingly posing as him. And that gives me a headache to think about on many reasons. Firstly, it's dumb. Secondly, I thought they said the death would stick? How does it stick if the inner intellect of what was Nathan Petrelli is still floating around and possessing people? I could go on, but I think everyone sees where I'm going with this.
But back to the genetic DNA thing. In the link, Pasdar mentions that it has to do with Sylar assimilating his DNA and becoming him. I would prefer to think that the "battle" is an internal one, between Sylar's inner self and what he's been lead to believe he is.
That mirror comment in the link Pasdar made was interesting. I could totally see "Nathan" looking in the mirror and seeing Sylar's face.
So, long story short, I hope the "battle" is Sylar remembering himself and not the ghost of Nathan posessing a body that's not technically his. After all, if Sylar lost the battle -- where would he go? And if Nathan won the battle, why would he want to? (Being stuck in his killer's body that merely LOOKS Like his is pointless and moronic.)
Matt might become evil and undo the Sylar mind wipe on Sylthan.
I think this would be a good thing. Parkman is further bluring his lines between right and wrong and it's for the betterment of his character. I mean, he knew what he was doing was very wrong. He did it. And there's got to be some consequences (like having to own up to it).
Tracy could be a villian and it seems they have already started her down that path.
I would definitely like to see Tracy as a villain. She's very believable like that.
Hiro is supposed to have a really good story in season 4.
Hiro deserves one. I love Hiro.
Danko will be back also.
I'm not entirely sure when it will happen though, per this quote I took from the link you provided...
Claire will be back next season ( damn ) and it sounds like Danko lives to fight another day. The idea is to keep him out there in the world and available to come back.
We know Danko is alive from the finale. And it's easily inferred he'll be back (why else would they let him live?). But the answer is pretty vague. Keeping him available doesn't mean he'll necessarily come back.
Though, I'd be interested to see what they'd do with his character. Whatever it is, I don't want it to involve Sylar. Their little story has already been played out. Perhaps Danko has to come to terms with what all he's done? After all, the title for the volume is "Redemption".

I found some more news here
http://www.heroestheseries.com/latest-on-heroes-season-4-casting-call/
They said there is going to be a carnivale or something like that.
Craig has some new spoilers on Herosite.net http://www.herosite.net/herositespoilers.htm
I'm not happy with Claire once again being a focus of an arc....I feel like she is the most overused underutilized character on the show. In other words she's got a lot of screentime but not much purpose or building imo.

There is going to be a rival organization to the new company. I wonder who will be in charge of it. Maybe Danko or Arthur will be brought back or maybe Samson Gray could be in charge of the mystery organization
Peter will have a romantic connection with a "powerful" woman. What will she be able to do?

I hope they leave Arthur dead, he was a major letdown. The rival organization storyline was done in season 3 and that went downhill fast. This should just be a little more light and not as heavy as Season 3 got. The new Company should be like Xavier's school for mutants then another Arkham Asylum.

Hey, if you can move about with it and talk, crap and eat then the body IS yours. I might be wrong, but it sounds like you missed the bit where Matt Parkman printed all of Nathan's memories into Sylar's head, and erased Sylar's own?
