He appeared briefly in the episode 'Bulletproof' as a doctor and was able to save John Jones' life when he had been shot by a corrupt cop. Turns out that Oliver Queen hired him as a private doctor for his Super-Hero Team because of his last brush with death when he had been poisioned.

Regardless of her motives, she isn't thinking straight. Given that Davis is slipping more and more, it is logical to assume that there will be a point where he can no longer contain Doomsday even in her presence.

She goes downstairs and notices rose petals on the stairs. Walks down stairs....good song playing She says this isn't the typical response to a bad dream. He wanted to surprise her. She says it's beautiful but she doesn't remember seeing candles or flowers down there. Davis says there weren't any. Chloe says he can't leave the basement. Davis says he was careful. Chloe says she needs to be able to trust him. He hands her a rose. Says she's helped him a lot.

Talking about how friends help you but in different ways. Chloe says it doesn't change their relationship. Davis talks about how they met and how everything disappeared except them. His feelings haven't changed. Chloe says she cares about him. Davis says for her to stay. He leans in for a kiss and they kiss. It gets more passionate, up against the wall. HOTTT Chloe notices something behind him. It's a trail of blood. Davis says what did she think was goig to happen. She follows the trail. It leads to Clark, dead, up against the wall. Turns out that it was all a dream. DAMNIT

SOMEBODY SAAAAAAAAAAAVE MEE

Chloe in Talon. Her phone rings like earlier. It's Davis. She ignores the call. Clark enters. Asks if she's okay. Clark tells her that Tess named Davis as a serial killer, all over the papers. Chloe says Davis is dead. Clark doesn't believe it. Chloe says they both watched him die, that Oliver buried him. Clark says there were bodies murdered and hidden the same way Doomsday did it. Chloe denies it. Says there should be a more logical explanation. Copycat killer perhaps. Clark says Davis has come back from the dead before. Chloe says not from meteor rock, understands why he's paranoid because Davis was sent to kill him. Clark says it doesn't change the fact that he's a murderer. Chloe says fear is keeping him alive in his mind, to let him ago.

Oliver talking to businessmen about Luthorcorp. Jimmy enters. Asks to talk to Oliver. Oliver is annoyed. jimmy asks if Oliver can lend him 600 bucks. That he got fired. I don't like Jimmy the druggie. :/ Oliver is suspicious. He knows a place where Jimmy can go to get help. He can take care of the payment for the treatment. Jimmy says great, you gonna drive me there too? Oliver says that if Jimmy needs someone to talk to, he's the guy but not for money for drugs. Jimmy says that since Oliver obv doesn't trust him, they can't be friends.

Chloe talking to guy in car, has told him about Davis being in basement. Says Oliver cannot be trusted. I guess the guy is from Luthorcorp. Chloe tells him Oliver killed Lex. That he is the only person she can turn to for a cure. For Davis? Chloe hopes he can help. He agrees to try using DNA test or something. He says she should have someone else to help her. She says she'll be fine and for him to call her with the results.

Gets out of car, Davis is there. He's sick. Chloe asks what happened. He says nothing helps, the thing inside him starts to claw its way out as soon as she leaves. He can't be away from her now.

Chloe and Davis: Talon. Talking about the hunt for him. Davis feels guiilty that he's put Chloe in the middle of it. She says they should leave if the cops find them. Uh oh...Davis says she has done a lot for him but he can't ask her to run away with him. Chloe says it's a good thing he's not the one asking. Davis says she wouldn't be able to say goodbye to anyone, not even Clark. Asks her if she could do it, if he's the most important person in her life. Chloe says that she would do anything for him. Davis says it's their chance to start over, they should leave Smallville. Chloe agrees. And is surprised. She needs to do some things first, but they can be on the road by sundown. Davis says he doesn't know where he'd be without her. She leaves.

I don't see how he's less of a human. It's pretty blatant. Brainiac is a computer dressed up like a Human. Doomsday is basically the Hulk: a normal Human who turns into a monster. A split personality. Killing Doomy kills Davis, who really is a good guy deep down.

Chloe getting into bed, phone rings. She answers it, it's Davis, she asks if he's okay...says she's safe with her. Davis says he needs to see her. She says she'll come down right away. She goes downstairs and notices rose petals on the stairs. Walks down stairs....good song playing She says this isn't the typical response to a bad dream. He wanted to surprise her. She says it's beautiful but she doesn't remember seeing candles or flowers down there. Davis says there weren't any. Chloe says he can't leave the basement. Davis says he was careful. Chloe says she needs to be able to trust him. He hands her a rose. Says she's helped him a lot.

Talking about how friends help you but in different ways. Chloe says it doesn't change their relationship. Davis talks about how they met and how everything disappeared except them. His feelings haven't changed. Chloe says she cares about him. Davis says for her to stay. He leans in for a kiss and they kiss. It gets more passionate, up against the wall. HOTTT Chloe notices something behind him. It's a trail of blood. Davis says what did she think was goig to happen. She follows the trail. It leads to Clark, dead, up against the wall. Turns out that it was all a dream. DAMNIT

SOMEBODY SAAAAAAAAAAAVE MEE

Chloe in Talon. Her phone rings like earlier. It's Davis. She ignores the call. Clark enters. Asks if she's okay. Clark tells her that Tess named Davis as a serial killer, all over the papers. Chloe says Davis is dead. Clark doesn't believe it. Chloe says they both watched him die, that Oliver buried him. Clark says there were bodies murdered and hidden the same way Doomsday did it. Chloe denies it. Says there should be a more logical explanation. Copycat killer perhaps. Clark says Davis has come back from the dead before. Chloe says not from meteor rock, understands why he's paranoid because Davis was sent to kill him. Clark says it doesn't change the fact that he's a murderer. Chloe says fear is keeping him alive in his mind, to let him ago.

Oliver talking to businessmen about Luthorcorp. Jimmy enters. Asks to talk to Oliver. Oliver is annoyed. jimmy asks if Oliver can lend him 600 bucks. That he got fired. I don't like Jimmy the druggie. :/ Oliver is suspicious. He knows a place where Jimmy can go to get help. He can take care of the payment for the treatment. Jimmy says great, you gonna drive me there too? Oliver says that if Jimmy needs someone to talk to, he's the guy but not for money for drugs. Jimmy says that since Oliver obv doesn't trust him, they can't be friends.

Chloe talking to guy in car, has told him about Davis being in basement. Says Oliver cannot be trusted. I guess the guy is from Luthorcorp. Chloe tells him Oliver killed Lex. That he is the only person she can turn to for a cure. For Davis? Chloe hopes he can help. He agrees to try using DNA test or something. He says she should have someone else to help her. She says she'll be fine and for him to call her with the results.

Gets out of car, Davis is there. He's sick. Chloe asks what happened. He says nothing helps, the thing inside him starts to claw its way out as soon as she leaves. He can't be away from her now.

Chloe and Davis: Talon. Talking about the hunt for him. Davis feels guiilty that he's put Chloe in the middle of it. She says they should leave if the cops find them. Uh oh...Davis says she has done a lot for him but he can't ask her to run away with him. Chloe says it's a good thing he's not the one asking. Davis says she wouldn't be able to say goodbye to anyone, not even Clark. Asks her if she could do it, if he's the most important person in her life. Chloe says that she would do anything for him. Davis says it's their chance to start over, they should leave Smallville. Chloe agrees. And is surprised. She needs to do some things first, but they can be on the road by sundown. Davis says he doesn't know where he'd be without her. She leaves.
