Ando, Hiro, Claire, Baby Matt Parkman, and Peter need to all hold hands, Ando will supercharge Claire and the Baby, it will heal everyone and make their powers go fully.
Peter will get all his old powers and his Sylar powers, and get back on top of things like he should be. Plus time travel to steal the catalyst (while invisible) from his dad. Just incase it's needed. Plus it will give him time to get closure w/ Daddio without actually changing any events.
Claire, Parkman, and Hiro can go save the original Nathan, with some quick illusionary work after some time-travel saving action.
As for Sylar, get Peter to grab the black-hole power from that guy in the past, then black-hole Sylar away.
And someone find that dang Haitian; he just dropped off the map, and he could have come in handy for that last scene. Unless, he died in the Pinehurst explosion.
Honestly, why didn't they just use Claire's blood on Nathan? It was shown to work on HRG after being dead for quite sometime after Suresh shot him through the eye.
Bottomline, give back Peter absolute power, don't really throw away Sylar, but I have no clue what to do with the guy. Give Hiro back his power, hurry up and give Peter his scar if you gotta do it.
Bring Barbara into the story already. Explore why Sylar really did let Micah go. Bring back DL, Nikki, and the muscle memory cousin of Micah's. As long as it lead to the need for some sort of resolution of all these timelines. Maybe explore a butterfly effect thing with Hiro having time travelled and the different existences of himself among all of these planes are getting to him. Maybe 5 or 6 or 100 Hiros meet up at one time in the future, which is the crux of all things happening, and leads to Hiro choosing some grim fate. Which he sees as now unavoidable, no matter how many tries.
