It's the beginning of the future we saw with Nathan/Sylar......but Sylar will just keep the Nathan persona for obvious reasons.

I can easily see that Sylar will begin to have memories of his previous life and then will intentionally be Nathan (you know his reasons) until Pete finds out about this whole thing and the Peter-Sylar fight will be the last Heroes episode. Volume 6 seems impossible to me right now

when peter find out nathan dies so thats when all hell break loose peter will start hunting people with abilities by doing so his gonna end up getting his scar on his face.... remember nathan and sylar both going to be the villain next season split personalities battle who WILL BE IN CONTROL !!!!!

my theory is that "Nathan" will slowly start to remember various main parts of who Sylar was and begin to look at Sylar's actions through Nathan's POV. Because Matt essencially switched their brains. Then we end up with Sylar giving himself a multiple personality disorder and Niki comes back from the dead to help him sort it out. (just joking about the niki part)

Last time I watched Heroes it was season 1 finale I think, Sylar was killing Claire and was impersonating Nathan when he was president in the future (Since I'm not a fan, I am not certain of all the things I just mentioned). Now, a couple of years later I bumped into the finale, coincidence, and again, Sylar is impersonating Nathan a few times only this time he actually kills Nathan. I assumed Peter knew Nathan was dead since he caught Sylar while he was "Nathan", and the last time Peter saw Nathan was fighting Sylar. So...if I add two plus two, my brother was fighting Sylar, Sylar is still here, so maybe Syler killed my brother....I don't know. I thought he knew right away, guess I was wrong. At the end of the episode I was like "Is everyone ok with this "turning Sylar into Nathan" crap? It felt really akward, and inmoral, unethical...you know what, whatever, I really can't explain how I felt. Just confused, upset, and disturbed....lol. Really.

i dont think peter will find out..i think he will like he did in 5years gone and the 2 will go at it....i beleve when sylar realizes who he is mamma petrili will already dreamed it tell sylar what he could do in nathans body ala like his step mom and he will go along
