I thought Angela and Noah were going to start being honest with their family. I thought that is one of the things they decided at Coyote Sands. I don't guess they have learned their lesson yet.

With Angela/HRG I never really believed The Company was gone to begin with.

I think that would make people who don't have powers want them. They would try to find a way to make synthetic ones.

Well, Hiro wasn´t able to travel time since he lost his powers and was merely able to stop time until the last two episodes. Not to forget his problems with doing "just" that, he would probably died in the process himself!

I hope the new company will become a big part of next season. I'm assuming that they will cast new agents and continue the "one of us, one of them" motto but this time, the company is run by people with abilities so this company will be different than the first one because they are running it this time. The only person without an ability is Noah and he has sided with the heroes (i use 'heroes' loosely) so it will be ones with abilities in power this time around.

No. The public still has no idea. The only thing the know of the whole thing was that vid that Matt/Peter leaked that showed peeps with hoods over their heads in hand/legcuffs being hulled into a plane. That's the way the Prez' Worf want's it to stay.

The hole old company had the same goals as the new one will have, protect the people with abilitys from being discovered by people without ones.

That may be, but maybe they just made gold if they ran out of cash or even Angela never new where the gold was hidden?
Or there still is the big gold stash somewhere, but they just made it look like they need the funding to give the president some kind of false enshurance that he has some kind of control over the new company.

Most everyone had their assets taken away or frozen. I don't know if they were ever returned to them. Primatech was disbanded, pretty much, so I don't know where the money went. It's also not known whether Bob had a stash of gold or if he changed objects into gold as needed.

You're right. My bad. I completely forgot about all those people and I feel like a fool considering the "1961" episode. But I feel like the old company became somewhat corrupt and lost its way. Also, the company that we saw throughout Season 1 and part of Season 2 was run by "normal" people like Noah and that other guy who Eric Roberts played. The company that we saw in the first two seasons was more about controlling all people with abilities with no discretion between who was good or evil. Also, the company in the first two seasons seemed to look down on people with abilities and only used them to achieve their goals. I mean "one of them" doesn't really scream respect to me but I think that since all of the founders of the new company have powers except Noah, it will be different than the company we saw.
