I think she's just out for revenge so that puts her in the villain category. She's always been more of a villain than a hero anyway since she can usually be found to double cross people.

Whether it was her battle as Nikki against Jessica, or her as Tracy...she has been a very consistent human character. The writers have done a fantastic job of giving her characters a very real-world fit.

The one exception to this would have been her working with Arthur to recruit Nathan...but let's be honest...Nathan accepted that offer. I don't really see how she double-crossed anyone.

This isn't Tracy. Remember there is a third one. When Tracy visited that Doctor (beginning of this season) who helped to create her? He mentioned that there were two others - one of which was the doppelganger who died in the second season. There is one more out there and this is her. Tracy is dead.

It's her, she didn't have the ability to freeze things she had the ability to manipulate water in ALL of it's forms.....steam,ice,water.......humidity......you get the idea and i called that way back! She is on a mission and i think Micha made her a better person but the revenge thing is nasty so it may not have stuck.

It's obviously Tracy. The previously unseen Barbara would have no reason to take revenge on the agents.

I was referring to when Tracy double crossed Micah/Rebel and then double-crossed Peter earlier in the season when they were supposed to be making a deal. The she was also playing Nathan against others. Mainly looking out for herself. Of course she ended up saving Micah instead of letting him get caught.

it's still tracy, not another sister. ali was on the tonight show where she hinted that she was a villian in the next season. she mentioned after what happened to her character this season, that she was coming back and that the season ender would tease it.

OMG it's Tracy already!!!! She already had a few screws loose when she was about to jump off the bridge early in Volume 3 - then Nathan got with her and hit it for a while, but she eventually ended up betraying the other people with powers then Nathan betrayed her, then she was about to betray Micah before she knew he was Rebel.

She's a sociopath with nothing but her own personal interests at heart. Going serial killer isn't really a far reach...

The writers have been talking for a while about Tracy's humanity being shown after her encounter with Micah in Cold Snap.I don't think her little spree is just for her own revenge, but for all that were hunted down. That might lead other heroes to move into action to redeem the Special community in the public/government's eyes due to her actions.
