ok so in identify she "killed" the guy who hurt lois and found out clarks secert now she throwing out body of leftovers after davis has gotten full and wants to sleep it off! So my question is chloe a murder or just inadvertly an accompliance trying to help but keeps getting caught up!:confused:

I wouldn't say murderer, she didn't kill the guy or make any attempt to kill him. Even if she did she could claim self defense. You could make an arguement she was an accomplice to a murder and with holding evidence from the police.

I would say she is more of an accomplive to a murder for doomy but she killed the guy in identify brainic my BUTT! sHE DID THAT ALL BY HER SELF!:mad:

More like she was hiding the evidence for Doomsday.

Let me tell you a story about chloe. Chloe trips herself with secrets. Everone's secrets lois,clark, lana ,even her own secrets, now davis's secrets. She cant tell anyone them and she is loyal and would never tell anyone's secret. It took her long enough to tell her power to clark. She would do anything to keep the secret murder and even be killed. So, is she a musrder mabe. She choses this things to be a good friend but keeping so many secrets she is going to fall flat on her face in the end.

She could have been killed by that thug. Doomsday saved her. Did you see the knife marks on her neck? Not to mention the cold-blooded way his boss shot the other guy. Once he got the information, Chloe would have been dead.

Doomsday saved Chloe. Is it dark that she had to hide the body? Sure. But she's just lost trying to figure out what the right thing to do is. If she goes to the police, more people would die.

It's just a little tragic that this thug had to show up there and threaten Chloe, which in turn threatened Davis.

I guess this means, that the beast still won't hurt Chloe.
