My tv was all ready. i had the volume up and on the channel. the audio was fine until Smallville came on and then i got nothing. I'm extremely pissed off. All that came out was fuzz. i checked the cable and even turned to a different channel. The audio is fine on my new TV. this isn't the first time this has happened to me either.
So my question is this, who else wasn't able to watch stiletto because of one reason or another (technical issues, not availability issues)

Once again, I'm going to have to file a complaint. There is no audio on my TV whatsoever. And it's only the CW channel. Other channels seem to work fine. I don't have audio even when I make the switch to standard mode from HD.
This is just ridiculous.

Yea CW is being gay. They have a No Need To call us error message up right now, but there is point in watching it now, 20 minutes have already gone by.

I doubt they will reshow it, when it is fixed, it will continue where ever it is

I'm so upset. I have sat here waiting for the CW to fix the station... and nothing! Time Warner said the local CW was working on it.

the episode was somewhat lame...but i think it was worth the last few minutes with Clark talking to Lois on the Phone...I thought that was cool.

i please ask that you do not post if you do not have a technical problem. This thread is for those who are experiencing technical problems. not for those who aren't having problems or who don't like something with the show
Thanks
So of course, I missed the best part of the entire episode and that's the last part. Video + audio went completely out during the last 5 minutes.
BTW, you can file a compliant via your local CW affiliate; it has to be a Pennsylvania problem, since I'm also from PA.

I'm from Texas.
And they got the station working a few minutes into Supernatural (which I don't watch). But could they get it fixed during Smallville? NO!!!!

I missed the 1st part before the opening credits because I wasn't here so I don't know if that was messed up, but the rest of the show was fine here. I've had to deal with a few audio/video problems this year so I kinda expect to have trouble during every episode..

Must be a PA thing, because I come home from work and turned Smallville on (from my DVR) and as soon as Smallville came on, the sound went off.
Looks like I know what I am doing this weekend. MOD EDIT

I don't think it is just a PA problem. I live in Tennessee and have had audio problems with at least 4 episodes this year including the entire Clark/Stilletto conversation. Also, I use Dishnetwork instead of cable. I get the local affiliate, but so do others I know with cable and they don't seem to be having this problem. I don't know whether to complain to the local affliate, Dishnetwork or the CW.

Has let me down once again.
A few weeks back, I believe it was during Turbulence, I had worked and come home to my TiVo to find that the sound was VERY low. I had to crank both my televisions sound and my surround sound just to hear it at a good enough level to understand it.
Tonight, pumped up for a new episode after a break I got my drink and sat down to find that there was NO sound. At all.
I thought maybe it was the same as before so I waited and then played the recording, no sound. Kept checking back periodically, no sound.
So I abandoned the thought of watching it and turned it back on at 9 to watch Supernatural, not only no sound, but no picture with: "We are experiencing technical difficulties" scrolling at the bottom of the screen.
FML. They really need to get on that because now I didn't get to watch it new and I'm very unhappy. :(

I'm in Boston and we had video problems. Picture jumping and pixelation.

A lot of good HDTV does when you lose everyting 3/4 of the way through the show. But then on the other hand, it was the the best part of the show.

I also had no audio during the episode, so I tried watching it with the closed caption, but that was done so poorly that it was hard to follow. Why did Pittsburgh CW have technical difficulties during their ONLY good show? Maybe I'll be able to catch this episode when they have reruns this summer, and hopefully be able to hear it!

I don't think it is just Pittsburg. I live in TN and have had audio problems with at least 4 episodes this year alone including the Clark/Stiletto conversation tonight. I use Dishnetwork Satellite. Is this problem happening with cable & satellite or just satellite users? I'm not sure who to complain to. Is it the CW, the local CW affliate or Dishnetwork?
Souper MAN!

I have Comcast in Pittsburgh and my DVR recorded all of the video but had zero audio. My buddy has Dish Network and his CW said that they were experiencing technical difficulties, please do not call your provider.

The episode didn't air here. It was nothing but static and blurry lines. This didn't happen anywhere else? And is there anywhere to watch it?

Might have been your cable or local affiliate problem.
iTunes is the best place online. I'm not sure when it'll be uploaded.
FYI--There is no discussion of illegally watching on this site.

I'm not trying to watch it illegally I thought CW might have them online or something :/

The CW does have full episodes but, I'm not sure if they do for SV.

I had no problems watching this episode, but like every other episode after "Blue" last season, has been stretched to full screen, and in away that is not normal-cutting off the edges of the titles during the credits and things like that. WGN here in Chicago blames it on the CW not sending them an episode with proper closed-captioning. I'm not sure if that explanation makes sense even.

It's not satellite. I use AT&T and it's a ground line.
Seems like too diverse an issue to be the providers or affiliates...
