Davis should be to show us what just hapened after that cliffy in "Eternal". And a little convo. explaining why it's ok for Chloe to leave him and go out when her presence stops him turning into DD would be nice.

None of the above. There's no reason storyline-wise to have Oliver and Tess present, and it would make no sense to waste one of Davis' episodes for what seems to be a one-scene part.

Davis should be in , he should not leave Chloe to feel bad like this. It's' not his type because he always kind especially to Chloe.

I think this episode did well without adding Davis, Oliver or Tess into the mix. It might've made sense to add Davis but then I doubt we'd get to see the development of what's happening between Clark and Chloe OR the emotional turmoil that Chloe is currently undergoing. Oliver's role in this episode, IMO, would've been only to be upset about the lost computer. Tess is the only one I can see having a larger role but, still, I feel that she would've been unnecessary as well.

IA with OP - Shelby would've been a great addition to the cast of thie episode. Clark would've called him a girl and he would've snarled, thinking "I'm a male dog! Isn't it obvious???"
