might want to add an "e" to the end of the topic title.
Heroin = Painkiller drug and staple of bad guy schemes in 80's/90's action movies
Heroine = Female hero

Who wouldn't love EDLois' Stiletto?
----- Added 3 Minutes later -----
Ooops! Sorry! I meant I'm sure a lot of EDfans, Lois-fans, Clois-fans would love Stiletto!
I was like "Hell Yeah!" when Lois kicked ass in her stilettos. She was 100% iconic Lois Lane. When she dressed up in a mask and leather, I thought she looked like catwoman...And I sure wouldn't mind growing up to look like her.<G> Overall, I would give her a B-. She doesn't have Oliver's toys, but she definitely makes an impact.

Lois Lane on Smallville is VERY much reminding me of the main character in the book The Secret History of the Pink Carnation. Even right down to the whole costume and "cousin." Read the book and you will know what I mean. :)

It was nice to see Lois try to help her friends. I can't say that inventing a fake super-hero made me more sympathetic to her. I can't say I was that impressed with her notion of a super-hero either. It was all dress up and zero practicality to it.

I'd let Stiletto save me any day of the week in that outfit RAWR!!!;)
The outfit was hot but I prefer Lois as Lois! ;)

Stiletto didn't make much of an impression. I did love her accent though. *giggle*

She's not bad, but she certainly is no Ultra Woman.

I don't think we were supposed to agree with Lois's ethically challenged behavior, but I do think that we were supposed to sympathize with her because she clearly learned from the experience. She learned that becoming the story is not the way to get ahead; and she learned what it means to be a true hero and what it takes to live that kind of life.
Also, I wouldn't describe Zatanna, Black Canary, or Wonder Woman's costumes as practical either.

Honestly, she was not convincing at all. I can not say it was or not great because it was too short to know. Anyway, Lois is the first to admit it was a kind of game/mistake which leads her to be the real Lois we prefer and above all to show the Lois we don't see a lot : the fragile and emotional one. It is just fine for me like this

True, it's also a very Lois thing to do. She just goes a little gaga where Clark's alter ego is concerned.
Lois drove off a bridge (scuba gear in the trunk) to get Superman's attention for an interview in the comics [MOS].
She lied and stole stories/ideas from Clark and Jimmy to get the Superman scoop in Lois & Clark.

I don't like it....it actually reminded me of the sorta thing Teri Hatcher would do as opposed to this Lois Lane. I hope they don't dumb down her character to make it a hokey comedy.

Hahahahaha, this was my first thought. Are we stretching so far to tell a story that we have to give Lois a secret identity? I mean, I know why she did it but still.

I can't make any sense of your post. I suspect you are thinking of Wonder Woman.
Ultra Woman otoh is the superpowered Lois Lane from Lois & Clark.

I liked Stiletto within the context of that episode. That being said, I don't really want to see Stiletto return in Season 9.
