Matt has become very powerful as of late. His telapthy power is possibly the most powerful ability on the show. And now he can even use it to make himself invisible to the people around him if he wants to.

It wasn't invisibilty. It's the Parkman Whammy. He even used the word in the show.

The only other place I've seen the word "whammy" is on the Herosite blog/review. I wonder if it was a shout-out.

He made the agents see what he wanted them to see...which was everything but his family. I wouldn't call it invisibility as Matt has to stand in one spot and keep focus on it...unlike Claude and Peter's invisibility in Seasons 1-2.

Well he was invisible to the soldjiers in the room.

He wasn't invisible. He put a thought into the agent's head that the room is empty, like he did when he, Matt, and Tracy broke out of Building 26.

Yeah I think he was
It may have been acomplished in a different way than how Peter and Claude did it. But still the soldjers would like at them and not see them. If thats not invisibility I don't know what it is.

Well, did you notice that when the agents entered the room that he thrust his face forward? That was Matt whammy-ing the agents. The only thing that was missing from his usual projection of thoughts was we didn't hear what he told the agents. We know about him enough now that he can pull off that kind of a stunt.

This is Matt's power, akin to the "nightmare man" aka his dad. True invisibility would have been EXACTLY like how Peter could do it..and even if Matt could do that he would not have been able to give invisibility to Janice or the baby.

I agree with Matt's power not being "true" invisibility, but if Matt did have the invisibility power he would be able to share it with Janice and the baby. Remember in Season 1 when Peter turned Claire invisible to escape from Agent Hanson in New York? It goes along with turning your clothes invisible as well, otherwise you would see Claude's clothes walking around without a body.
Litle bit more bizarre

I agree thats not invisibility its just another way how to use telephaty and I remembered too that Peter made Claire invisible in season1 when the agents took Ted

he was making those agents think there was no one in the room. so they simply just walked by them. it's like a jedi mind trick.

Yeah, I noticed as well that he used the word whammy and I laughed when he said it. Clearly, they read the forums :)

Yeah, he just made them believe he wasn't there. Pretty cool. Means he's gaining more control and actively using his powers.:D

If a camera can film you, you're not invisible.

If a camera can film you, you're not invisible.
The old question was, "How do you stop an exploding man?"
The new question is, "How do you film an invisible man?"

I think that in this case the correct word could be illusion, not invisibility. Matt created the illusion that he wasn't really there in the soldiers mind.

Yea I think the fact that he was holding BTNG, amplified his power. Much like it did to Hiro. I don't think he was invisible to anyone other then the agents, he just put the thought into their heads that they weren't there. If you notice, Parkman was concentrating really hard. If he was really invisible, he wouldn't care, he would be totally nonchalant about it.

BTNG? Assuming you mean the baby, the baby doesn't amplify. He turns things on and off. Ando's the one who amplifies powers.
