the bed in the basement

Anyone else thought it was weird that there was a bed in the basement of the Talon? Maybe this episode should be titled 'Sleeping with the enemy'.

I didn't think it was weird. There was a lot of stuff down there from the Talon apartment. There was a heater down there too. Also, it appears that Davis might have brought his own stuff down there and just assumed that Chloe would think it was okay if she found out that he was there.

I presumed Davis had been living there since Turbulence just to be near Chloe. As in, after standing in the rain for hours he finally just dragged a bed into the basement and set up shop.

I'm not really sure the Talon is functioning like it used to. Wasn't the last time they served coffee in Sleeper? Maybe it's only open in the am for coffee and not the happening place when Lana ran it --- it always looks deserted and really, extras are not all that expensive.
