Ever since "Identity", I've wondered as many have if it was Chloe or Brainiac killed Sebastian. I've seen many debates here about it. IMHO I did actually believe Chloe killed Sebastian to protect Clark. It never made sense for me that Brainiac would be trying to protect Clark by killing Sebastian.

But tonight's events really solidified my stance on this old debate. Chloe pretty much told Clark she would be willing to kill to protect him, even if he wouldn't. We saw her try to kill Davis to try and protect Clark & end Davis' misery.

We all know who Clark is meant to be. How Chloe sees him as her hero. And I think she would sacrifice nearly anything to protect Clark. When faced without any other choice, I can see she is actually willing to kill to protect Clark.

I'm not knocking Chloe. I actually love her character, but this pretty much proved to me that she did knowingly kill Sebastian to hide Clark's secret.

Its a wierd situation with all the sebastian thing. Ollie mentions it to be true that she killed him. But in the smallville magazine the actor has said that it was left opened for his character to come back if they want and he wasnt dead just mind "formated" like a computer

I agree it is a very weird situation. I read about that interview in the Smallville Magazine here somewhere. I have to take what Oliver said onscreen more seriously than the interview though as to the casual viewer, they would have no idea about the interview.

It's difficult to say for certain if chloe was in the right here, she's not Superman, should she be held to the same standards?
