Claude makes his Return for the finale. Maybe he will teach Peter how to use his power again.
Micah will also be in this episode.

I was seriously wondering if the show had just dropped Claude altogether. If he returns I feel like we should get some kind of idea where he's been. I feel like the title of this episode could also be a callback to both future hiro's and future peter's connective web of threads showing how events and people link and lead to certain outcomes.

i'm getting the feeling that when the current writer left after the first season, that also changed alot of the storylines that had been planned. the new writers then took over and went with their own stuff but it didn't work so they got fired. so the old writer comes back and is now trying to get some of the original storylines back in place. sylar has his shape shifting abilities back was part of the original storyline so he was written to have them again.

He taught Peter how to use his empathic mimicry to keep multiple powers.
He worked for primatech with Noah before Noah was partners with the Hatian.

Actually is the first time Sylar has the shape shifting thing. He got the illusion ability from Candice, that's why he was future!fake!Nathan, not because the shape shifting.

Originally before Sylar was cast he had abilities that no one was told about. It was assumed he could 'blend in' so the thought was shape shifting. He was also shot at point blank range and then flew up through a roof either with a super jump, flight or wall climbing.
All of those abilities seemed to be scrapped when we actually met sylar, and well before he caught the flu, i mean shanti.

I would guess that Sylar used TK, but I guess that doesn't explain why he fell. I always wondered about that scene.

Well Sylar can use TK to pick up movible objects and move them. If Sylar tried to use TK on a unmovible object that was up above him like the side of a building it should propel him through the air.
Like the way that spiderman does with his web

Oddly enought it is the scene that your avatar is taken from.

when he super jumped it could have been caused by him pushing himself up off the ground using his TK and propelling himself through the air.

So it is haha.
I just re watched and idk how he disappears but he stops the bullets with TK you can hear the bullets fall to the ground when he stands back up. I'm sure he just fell down to give the illusion he had been shot.

What exactly does An Invisible Thread refer to, since we probably know it's not referring to Claude "The Invisible Man"?
Is it a reference back to the threads Future Hiro and Future Peter used to track the affects of each event/person/action through the timestream? Maybe it's saying there was an "invisible thread" - someone working behind the scenes, or some factor they didn't know about and didn't include in their calculations? What could that be? Is it a reference to "Destiny"? With Peter's monologue talking to "God" in the church, Destiny is back in the forefront of the show's themes. Or, more directly, is the Invisible thread going to be a person (maybe Angela?) who has been affecting each key event in the past decades. Somehow until recently she has been below the radar (invisible) and now she's unearthing her past in 1961?

I think its that. Each thread represented a person and their timeline. So someone else might have a hand in controlling things that no one knows about yet. It's all a guess but we'll find out for sure in two weeks!

Question: This two-week Lost hiatus is killing me! More scoopage before the final episodes, please! --Brad
Ausiello: The major-ish Lost death is coming up soooooon. Also, it's less ish and more major than I first thought.
Question: Please, please, please give us a hint about whom Sylar kills in Monday's Heroes season finale! --Claire
Ausiello: It's a major character, and the death definitely sticks. But there is a twist. (Hint: It's possible no one will be leaving the show.) BTW, the finale is fantastic. It's compelling, suspense-filled and, most importantly, events occur consecutively and in the present day. Heroes is back, people!
Ahhh I can't wait!!

I wanna say its Nathan, cause everything is leading towards it. But that wouldn't be a surprise. I'd have to say maybe Matt.

I guess if the writers are going toward Five Years Gone then it will have to be Nathan. And this easily fits in with Ausiello's hint that no one will be leaving the show.
