This weeks Smallville and Supernatural very similar

Did anyone else notice that the basic premise and message in both 'Hex' and 'It's a terrible life' were pretty much the same.

The characters were under a spell that gave them 'someone elses life', but through experiencing that they have begun to understand that being a hero is in their blood. That they can't fight who they are, and that there is a huge part of them that actually wants it.

Yep, good catch. Take someone out of their life, to make them realize that no matter what the warts are, it's really the life they were meant to have, best suited for, and ultimately - the life they want.
